I dont think I’ve ever seen a game that’s basically a clone of 2 different games.
The Lilo stages feel just like Oddworld while the stitch shooters feels like Contra.

Personally I found MS3 more entertaining than MSX. there's more content to show off and it's more visually appealing to me.
So I think MS3 should get the star!

since I will probably never touch this game again, I figured maybe someone would be willing to try it out.
there's an exploit that makes the paper boy gain extreme speeds. you basically hit break on every other frame which makes him move very fast. the problem though is you dont have much turn control when you do this, so turning on certain curbs will require slowing down.
here's an old WIP I made that demonstrates this (apologies for the poor quality, I didn't know how to make HD WIPs at the time)

ever since I saw the tas I knew that libTAS was going to be the future of modern PC tasing, and what a game to do it with.
everything from start to finish was a joy. the perfect movements, the damage boosts, the whatever the heck that thing was at 1:59.
and I agree with people saying this game deserves a star, doesn't even matter which category ends up getting it, it's deserved.

This means the tas is incomplete and will probably need to be extended.
I still have no idea where the change will end or if it’s always completely random. It could be an hour long for all I know for the changes to stop. I’ll try to look into it myself but if anyone else would like to help out I would appreciate it.

the newest WIP I made of this game (I havent yet posted yet). by the end of the first level, my movie is about 10 frames ahead here, and by the end of the 2nd level after the boss, I'm about 20 frames ahead. most of this is due to as much lag reduction as I could do.
