For what it's worth AngerFist I honestly think you have a much bigger problem with me than I have with you, and I'm guessing you would agree with that. The only problem I have with you are a few judgment calls I haven't agreed with and (especially) your unwillingness to discuss them or take anything I say seriously. All in all I don't think it's that big a deal, whereas you make long somewhat ranty posts about how terrible my attitude is and then deleting any response I make.

AngerFist, where in the modding handbook does it state you should be treating people differently (=unfairly) based on who's an idiot dumbass and who is smart? It seems like kind of a weird approach to me, certainly not the way I would expect a good mod to act.

So adolf, what you're saying is Saturn is humble and encouraging EXCEPT when he's condescending and disencouraging?
Now where have I heard that reasoning before?

pirate,
Think you forgot to log out and log back in on your gimmick account there.
But yes, I definitely encourage you to try it out yourself. If you need help with stuff (clarifications, explanations, whatever), feel free to ask me.
Edit: And don't forget I did the first levels/level of both Kaizo worlds, which you can watch and compare to etc etc.

Very nice. I noticed a few places where the damage boosts looked improvable by a frame or two, but I'm no expert at this game, and you clearly are. The fact that you did a perfect ceres without rerecords is just all the more impressive to me.
So now the people who have individually achieved a perfect ceres within 25 minutes of each other are Taco, Saturn, moozooh, right?

I don't know what it is about Saturn but he tilts me more than literally everything else on the internet. I have no idea why I let him annoy me this much, but he does. It's so weird :(

Since we're all for making guesses here, I'm going to boldly predict that Super Metroid had beaten Mario 64 with one vote, if JXQ had voted for Super Metroid instead of whatever-it-was.

I dunno maybe I'm just misunderstanding but this sounds like an INCREDIBLY unlikely scenario to me. What you're saying is there is someone out there who really really wants the voting to end in a tie? He has absolutely no preference for one run or the other, and feels that ensuring that neither run wins is the best thing he can do with his vote?
I mean I'm not going to tell you that this is impossible because sure it's not. But I'd need pretty sweet odds to be betting on it.
Also, all this of course assumes that hypothesizing about what would have happened if bla bla whatever isn't a sort of stupid exercise to begin with. It just kinda seems like you're reaching here, I think.

What is on your ideal sandwich?
I'm ashamed to say I suck at sandwiches. I never use anything except for ham and cheese.
I think it's a tough question because I've never really been into those huge mega sandwiches with lots of meat and stuff on it, you know. Either you have a "small" sandwich with lame ingredients like ham and cheese or you have an awesome super sandwich with bacon and stuff, but I've never really had those. I've eaten at subway once in my life.
That said, yeah bacon for sure. Lots of bacon. Actually I bet a sandwich with bacon and eggs would taste great. Yeah I'm going with english toast (I could easily be persuaded into changing bread type though), egg, bacon, no mayonnaise. Some HP sauce too.
What I'd really like is to try out a bunch of awesome sandwiches that I've never tried before committing to something. They'd probably all include bacon though.
Same video, but poker related and probably won't make any sense to anyone here. It's the hardest I've laughed at a youtube video/similar thing ever though. Insanely funny.

On the contrary, fellow 2+2er, that was funny enough for me to want to go wake up Emil, and MS paint Hitler wearing a Full Tilt jersey. I am in your debt for my weekly laugh :)

I searched some memory addresses just for fun:
X-coordinate: 00FFD200
Y-coordinate: 00FFD202
X-sub-pixel: 00FF972E
Y-sub-pixel: 00FF9732
Also, here is the maximum running speed in pixels/frame for the different shoes:
Cloth boots: 1
Leather boots: 1.25
Ladder boots: 1.25
Marine boots: 1.5
Ceramic boots: 1.75
Pygmy boots: 1.75
Legend boots: 2
Hopefully someone finds this information useful someday.
Any known big improvements to the run Aqfaq? Any plans on ever redoing it? Any guesses on how much time could be shaved off?

Callmewoof, in the first thread moozooh linked to, the first 3 levels have been TASed by myself, and yes they are much more optimized than the youtube vids.
