The movie desyncs right after beginning. I don't understand why; I have the correct rom "Rygar (E) [!].nes" and using the "good old" blip's FCE Ultra. Walker, is this the very same rom version you created your earlier rygar movies with? Edit: I forgot to use PAL emulation. It works now.

Whatever is the case, it feels so wrong not giving Genisto's Bionic Commando a star. That, if something, is inhumanly played and really, really top work on the site. Edit: Oh, just noticed, the justice has happened. ;-)

I just got the latest Castlevania video to work properly and yet I have another video which doesn't work well. Say, if I check the FAQ page of codecs that I need to have to watch the videos correctly, does it include this one as well, and the Castlevania too?

Well maybe, but I still can't see why the encoding has to be done a bit differently all of a sudden.

As long as you aim for low record counts I will refuse to even watch your movies, braceyj.

Note that it is possible that you must configure FFDShow to decode h.264 as libavcodec otherwise, it won't read the video.
Thanks, that was exactly what I needed to do and all that I needed to do.

This site isn't about skills. If you're after skills, you aren't likely to become a successful tool-assisted superplay movie maker to entertain people, sorry.

I'm not a movie maker myself but I like movies which comes out of nowhere, unexpected. Walker Boh does that all the time. I understand your feeling as you tried to make a batman movie as well but seriously, you make it sound jecy would have done something wrong while he didn't do absolutely anything. Even if he knew there was some discussion about the game, there is nothing wrong with a bit of mystery and suprise. There is absolutely no such thing as "you should have discussed about making this movie" whatsoever. This movie was really good, I really didn't believe someone could beat Linnom's time with so big difference. Well done.

Very cool movie with alot of new tricks! I even felt like handing a star to this movie. I liked very much the grappling hook and dropping tricks. And also have to mention the cool show-off around 7:35 with the turtle monsters, that was really cool. ;)

Second: there are still missed slashes.
Missed slashes in a tool-assisted superplay movie? Not good.

Read the instructions. "Please do not vote without watching the movie first."
Yupp, there might be situations where indeed new movie is faster but it might have some slowdown somewhere which causes time loss more than acceptable and needs to be fixed. You can't see that without watching the movie - even though it's faster than old version. But this movie probably don't have such, I haven't yet watched it by myself (and thus, not voted yet.)

Makou, if you see the taking damage to save time as a lazyness of the creators, I don't think you really understand to whole idea of speedrunning at all. Of course you could stop everywhere there is a must have damage and wait to skip the damage but that would mean a loss of time in many situations, like in this Rockman movie. There might be situations where this would be preferable, for instance in no-damage runs, but this isn't a no-damage run so I really don't understand why you are complaining about taking damage, and it being lazyness of the creators.

I guess it's case closed, at least for some while... now one could say that that's it, but you never know what kind of new glitches are to be found. But I'm more than really satisfied with the latest product of Morimoto and FinalFighter.

"Completing as fast as possible" should be changed here to "completed faster than possible", there were so many awesome tricks everywhere it's just a plain joy to watch this over and over. Fantastic job and great you finally got it finished guys.

Solar Jetman movie would definately be interesting movie to watch since it being so complicated affter all. I would make a wild bet that after a first version there would be more people willing to try it out. It sure is the difficult gameplay movement which scares people away I guess.. but that would definately be an interesting game to time attack, I think,

I also had desync and graphics problems just like above. Though I saw the movie almost to very end and it looked impressive. :)
