I find it incredibly difficult to believe someone could even spend more than 5k a day, unless they were renting a room in a ultra high quality Hotel or something.

Flygon. The only reason FlygonBreloom isn't my handle on IRC is because it is just such a pain in the ass to type, if I wanted to highlight someone, I'd want a phrase with 8 letters at worst, not upwards of 11. That, an FlygonBreloom really is annoying to type consistently.

Why not use Flygon Breloom on IRC like you do everywhere else?
Actually, the only places I actually use FlygonBreloom are on YouTube and Dailymotion.

There has been no conclusive evidence that Hummer Team has actually produced Somari, while tidbits and related materials have been found inside the ROM (Such as some similarities with sound effects between Somari and Kart Fighter, namely, some being exactly the same), there is no set-in-stone evidence that this is true. For all we know, some pirates ripped off Hummer Team and chucked some of Hummers resources into Somari. Unless you can give me proper citation, anyway.

@Bisqwit: I felt like colour coding for no particular reason. @Kyrsimys: Because I am incapable of making a decision on my own unless the situation is in black or white, and even than, it ends up in arguments sometimes if both variables end up with a similar quantitative outcome.

In recent times, I've been considering changing my username from Flygon to Flurret, however, I was wondering if the community would be interested in this change. The reasoning for this change is because if the fact that the name Flygon has already been registered on FreeNode, the IRC server that TASVideos IRC channel already runs at, though, I am sure most of you know about the latter. I've ended up hanging around as Flurret because of this. Nach has stated that this change should be trivial if I don't want to get the homepage modified (Which I don't, for simplicities sake really), with only two minor modifications needed, but I still hold the opinions of the TASVideos users in highest regard. So, do you want my name to remain as Flygon? Or be changed to Flurret? I'll also allow the gag option of Kevin Rudd if you so wish.

I'm highly amused that the YouTube link will always be higher quality than the publishable encode, and that there is nothing that can be done about it without doubling the resolution. Archive.org (19mb; 10mb video, 9mb audio) Dailymotion

Could you actually give some indication that it is Kiwi? The only indicators in that screenshot are pretty much Bowie and Peter.

I agree with this completely, it would make a publishers job much much easier. Out of interest, could an automatic calculator providing a difference between the obsoleted TAS and the to-be-published TAS be provided on the publication form? It'd really help ease with some mathematical errors that (Probably only I fall doom to) are related to converting between minutes and seconds. But, that's just an odd little off topic nag.

So Bowie and Peter are married? I'm a fairly insane and even that seems somewhat odd.

What a horrible game, yes vote. Now have a HD upload to YouTube! I am now encoding it in Standard Definition... it has been a while since I've had an actual video file of mine published and I would actually like to publish this movie, so... yeah. It's has been a while since I have seen something encode at 1fps... man, those HD settings Aktan gave me are so relaxed it isn't funny... actually, it is! This game sucks to get screenshots for by the way... preoptimized, yadayada. Edit: Aktan, not sgrunt... sorry.

Personally, I think that if we measured the digits in hexadecimal we won't have to worry for the 5 digit problem for six and a half times longer. Don't worry I am absolutely kidding

How can you be sure that he won't, regardless?

It's not a Furret, it just resembles one... I have the imagination of a cricket bat. I'm just surprised she drew it so quickly without a second thought. I'd have a 100*111 avatar, but we all know adelikat would kill me with fire~

I'm actually impressed you managed to get a TAS listed as Creative Content, I guess a commentary is all that was needed to set it off... Perhaps I should start uploading the speedruns I put onto DailyMotion with a commentary, heh.

Perhaps mention should be made to PM an administrator via the forums PM system? I'll add it in now, but I'm not completely sure if it is 100% appropriate... it's basically better than nothing. Edit: Now that I think about it, should direct linking to either Nach or adelikat's PM submission form be added? It isn't terribly hard to do and requires you to be a registered forum user, but, well... yeah, I'm not sure how it'd tide with you guys.

The advertisments are on an approximately 100:105 ratio (Or 1:1.05, whatever). This is to help those that may want to make the advertisement, I sadly didn't ask to get the electronic newsletter in time so the scan will have to do. Anyway, is anyone here willing to try and design an advertisement? Because I really really don't think I have the skills.

Man, 5 years on the Workbench and I never saw it! Must be because I don't care for American Football.

Also, since gamers are (edit: according to certain politicians) worse than biker gangs in Australia, maybe you should sell TASvideos t-shirts, and advertise them as a way of increasing one's street cred?
Channel 7, 9, 10 and ABC (Not the American ABC obviously) and the SBS wish to have a conversation with you. About TASVideos T-Shirts, I would very happily wear them but in terms of being able to sell them, I doubt my prospects of being able to do that. Not even taking Small Business Management last year helped me too much. But I would very happily wear one, even if my opportunities to advertise it are rare (The school as an obsessively strict uniform policy).

The school is relatively large (The largest High School in Melton, almost 1000 students... I say this now because I plan to distribute both scans and the electronic e-mail to TASVideos as proof of advertisements on the newsletter). The goal of the advertisements for me is to spread awareness of TASVideos, the implementation of the streaming media links is a wonderful addition to compliment this, hopefully, this will encourage more members to join and so on. I just hope that it actually makes some productivity happen, most of the purpose of the advertising trial, to see if it is a good idea. About getting a hold of a journalism group, I am unsure what you mean. Do you mean contacting the local newspapers or the online media? I'd consider doing the former but chances are, they'll just think I am another teenage Call of Duty 4 obsessed junkie. Online media... eh, I doubt I'd be able to make any impact with anywhere I'd try to contact (Nor would I actually know what to do, journalism isn't exactly my area of expertise). However, if I have hopelessly misinterpreted the question, please forgive me.

You know what this sort of reminds me of. The transition of YouTube channels from the old layout to the new layout, so I've only got one suggestion. Is there a way to perhaps make the type of layout selectable via the account preferences?

Esmerald Hill Zone was very boring. No vote.
