I second that. Annoying screensavers.

Already "voted" in the other topic. Just making it definite here. It's really good and a well earned STAR for this baby!

Sounds great that you are back on the game Michael. How did you solve the computer problem though?

That's kinda funny. I had the exact same problem two weeks ago with the exact same motherboard. :D You could check with www.drivershq.com and run the free scanner if there are some kind of modifications to it that you don't know about. If you bought a pre-built PC such as HP/Compaq or Seimens you should run along with their specific drivers. It is weird I know. But thats the way I solved my problems.

Hmm.. I thought of another thing. Hinas is learned at level 7 which would take too long time to level up to so early in the game. Instead I thought of buying escapipe and telepipe from the Genstore in Paseo. However those costs rather much in the beginning, but it would sure be good to have instead of backtracking all the time.

I'm not sure I fully understand the question posted. But for DOS/PC games you can use Camtasia. Is's a screen recording program with alot of advance features. I think you can use another program called SnagIT as well. And in newer versions of WebCamXP you can capture from what ever source you like. I think i'd prefer Camtasia though.

Looks like Vatcherns 1p run is going to be super-obsoleted. But I'll let Vatchern have his word first though. Going to watch this WIP. Edit: WOW!! That was entertaining alright. I only saw a little stop in level 2's scrolling. And level 1 could be done a couple of frames faster. But it was great to see the alternation atleast. And the boss fight. DAMN funny. :D If Vatchern can beat this with only one player, he must have found out of some serious bug/glitch. I wish him the best of luck.

Why is it hard to dash in slow motion? I know that some games requires you to tap the controller twice in a direction to start running. But if you use frame advance, you can start running within 3 frames of time. Press and hold the direction and press frame advance, then release everything and press frame advance, once again press and hold direction and hit frame advance again. This was just an example of how it can look in other games. I don't know how Streets of rage 3 works so. Just saying that frame advance is your friend. ;)

Without watching this run I will vote no since there is a higher level to play this game at and I see no reason to submit a run at normal difficulty when there is HARD. ;) Hard way or no way. BWAHAHAHA!! Nah.. Seriously though. It should be possible some way to finish this game on hard without killing.

Sounds great Vatchern. Keep up the flow. I'm eager to see your progress as always. :) Still curious how a 1p run can beat a 2p run. I'll guess I have to wait to see that.

Check the other threads at Gens Questions and Answers. I think someone else posted a game that desyncs. I don't know it it's a real problem though. Well.. It is in some way since it doesn't replay correctly when I have been using frame advance to avoid battles etc. Good though that it plays fine for you. I don't think there will be any speed ups thanks to frame advance. Atleast not when it comes to avoiding battles. I mean. It doesn't really matter wether I do it a second earlier or one frame earlier. The battle will still be avoided, and it seems that the battles after that are fixed as well. Or time based. Because I'm bound to hit an enemy encounter at a certein time even though I go a diffrent way.

YAY!! I got it not to desync this time. Atleast when I watched the playback. http://highness.no-ip.com/Phantasy_Star_2_(REV_02)_(UE)_[!].zip Please check wether or not this desyncs for you. It should end when entering Arima. The menue appearing right before Arima is for avoiding battles. I think this game doesn't like it frame perfect. Because then it will desync. In my earlier attempts I have triggered those menues at the very last possible frame before entering battle. Now I decided to do it a bit before that like 20 frames before. This time it seems to work.

I don't mind watching them if you have a link to a download. Feel free to post them. Only thing is that they won't get published on the movie site.
