In MK3 it was rather easy to build combos. I remember Kano had an easy one with his blade attack. Half cirkle backwards and high punch I think it was. Repeat this to deal enough damage to get knocked back.

OgreSlayer gave me this link on IRC and I decided that it's a good reference when we/someone is going to make a MK2 run. Just watch those awesome combos. I'm not sure if these combos are compatible with the SNES version of the game though, since this was pulled off with MAME. The file is about 64MB so it might be a slow and long download for some of you. http://konqrr.com/mk2/mk2konqrr.zip or http://highness.no-ip.com/mk2konqrr.zip

Would it be possible to enter the room where you get the bombs with a mockball in order to maintain the speed? I noticed that you stand still for a breif moment before entering the room. I suppose you could jump a bit earlier to launch away the 5 missiles needed to open that door and land in a mockball. :) Would only mean a couple of frames though.

LOL! :) Well.. Zelda 3 for SNES might be in for a good death count. Since there the Save and Quit thingie count as death. Or is that only if you make them inside palaces?

Well.. You could stack it if the girl casts her magic too. But then again. The girl can stack Salamando on her own I think. Otherwise you could always use explosion instead of fireballs. That is stackable I think.

1. FF6 2. Secret of mana 3. Super mario world 4. Zelda 3 5. Mortal kombat 2 Well.. I dunno really. Don't think I can arrange the rest of the games. But I do like most of the games I have. I think I posted a list of games I have in another thread. Killer instinct Super Mario RPG Final fantasy 4 Final fantasy 5 (even though I can't read japanese, played a fan translation some years ago and decided to buy the japanese original version). Super Street fighter 2 Donkey Kong country 1 F-zero Mystic quest Mortal kombat 3 Sea quest DSV (not that good, but listing it anyways) Crusty super fun house (same reason as above line). Final fight I think that might be all of em'. Or atleast those I could think of fast. :)

About the fireballs. They will be quicker if you spawn salamando inside the enemy. Just stand next to them.

Got a new mail from Aqfaq with various images. I decided that I'm to lazy to put a single link to everything. So instead I made a directory with listing so that you guys can go in and brows on your own. The WIP run is still on the same url as before though, http://highness.no-ip.com/gods/

Watched now. Very good so far. The only thing I'm puzzled about is that you seem to shoot randomly some times when you don't really need it? Or am I mistaking here?

Immortal, Dark funeral, Cannibal Corpse, Dissection, Hypocrisy, At the gates, Gates of Ishtar, Mörk gryning, Behemoth, Sorhin and Envilent are bands that I listen mostly to. But then of course there are some other stuff which I used to listen to such as Cradle of filth, Dimmu borgir, Vanitaz, Crematory, Illnath, Inflames, Children of bodom. The list can be made very long. I really do enjoy to listen to demo groups as well. One of my favourit demo bands are Brutal Death from Skoghall/Sweden. To summarize it all I listen mostly to death and black metal. But I also listen to alot of punk, rock (such as Alice Cooper etc.), ballads. Some times even hiphop and rap, but very rarley. Also I still like some of the old techno/trance/goa productions. I'm eating most of it, but mostly it's black and death. :)

I can host your files on my server if you wish. And I think this is one of those games that should have two diffrent runs. One that uses warps and one that doesn't. :)

Watched this submission today. Very good. Since I'm no expert in this game I didn't see any flaws. I have actually never even played the game before. But this movie made me wanna buy a GBA along with this game. Keep it up!

Yes. You can play it in the Genesis emulator. Preferrably Gens. Atleast those you can find here. :) http://step.polymtl.ca/~jyzero/gens_movie_test9c.zip Simply load the rom first, make sure that it's the right version. Use goodTools (google for it GoodGen I think it's called for Sega Megadrive/Genesis) to check wether you have the right or wrong version. If you have the wrong version it's likley to cause the movie to desync and act weird, thus not completing the game.

Have you checked http://www.gamefaqs.com? Perhaps there are some good guides that contains useful glitches? Or perhaps David Woon's page. Doesn't have the url by hand right now. But I'm sure someone else have it. Try to read alot about the game before pulling it off on your own.
