For some reason, when I download pacman.zip (the arcade ROM image for Pacman) and put it in the ROMs folder, and I select that directory for the location of the file, it doesn't show it in the folder! Reply on how to fix this dilemma! Also, I don't know if this will affect it, but I got an error message before starting Final Burn Alpha that informed me of missing two different .dll files.
If I could have a tool-assisted real life, I'd... Being a novice, I'd probably load the wrong state, have the IRS AI bankrupt me, and eventually make me want to kill myself and redo 11 years of hard work.

Excellent improvement! Not so entertaining, but contrary to the site's mission statement, this is a "bizzare sub-1 minute run" that SHOULD be published! I don't get the point, though. Is the aim to get up on top of the building as fast as you can?

Sorry. It apparently takes more than two weeks to make it through a level! (BTW, look at the embedded video for a possible start to your journey.) Edit: I give credit to our very own DonamerDragon for both the idea and the TAS.
That was released in 2008.
Well, I have a WIP right here (only two levels) of Super Mario Bros. TO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH SMB-Jetpack.lua ! At least now I'm not suggesting TASes made four years ago!

Just leech off your school's computer like you already do.
Yeah...for some reason, FCEUX crashes when I try to run .fm2 files downloaded from here, where Mothrayas suggested I post them. Mothrayas = A ham story = Army oaths = Mayor hats

I'm actually working on a Dirty Harry NES project (hence my posting a topic in the NES games forum). If only I had regular computer access.

Ummm...it would actually be JWinslow23, 'eh? = Jowl win? He's 23! Sure, it makes no sense, but neither doesn't other one! (Would a robot eat his uncle?)

Emulator requests are a lot easier made than emulators are coded. A few questions: Has any game been dumped? How much is known about the system? Do the "Plug in and Play" games share components between releases other than the TV plug? (same CPU, PPU ... etc.)
No, I can't think of much offhand, and I have no knowledge of technical stuff (almost).

There is this Power Rangers game for Plug it in and Play systems. You may have heard of the Pac-Man port for this system. Anyways, so I want to TAS an "all quests" run of the Power Rangers game. Could a Plug it in and Play emulator be coded?

If you wanted the calculator roms so bad, why not just check the contents of .zip file you linked? Just so you know though, I would maybe remove your link. Edit: Also, none of the roms in the link you posted work with BizHawk.

And where do you propose we find it? By the way, this is not a ROM link request. I just want to know any recommended sites for finding the "calculator ROM".
What's search engine?
I prefer Google, but that isn't the point!

I still want a movie of a TI-83 game! I just don't know how this emulator works with this platform.

Well, how do you start TASing the calculator? It is the one thing I can't do on here! Also, what are the default controls? The TI-83 picture covers up most of the buttons and what they do.

I'm doing a test run of a game called Escape (which I have the source code of), but I don't know how to make the ROM file! Does anyone know how to make/run a TI-83 ROM file?

You could use the AsmComp command to type in the program, and go from there. This might be easy to automate using Lua and the file(s) of the program.
You can try to TAS programming a demo, I guess.
I know of someone who made a Snake game on a TI-83 (not sure what it looks like, though, and it doesn't look like the snake grows)!

There is a working iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad emulator, but it's only for Mac, and it's only for app development. I'd also love a rerecording TAS iPhone emulator, since if there's a game I'd like to TAS, it's Infinity Blade.
I'd TAS Bike Race from Top Fun Games, if anything!

If you want to do a 100% or Tails run. I am sure I can help you out. This game has a lot of lag management, so be warned. The Sonic TAS is almost finished, and optimized to the fullest. JWinslow23 I'd recommend being a bit more humble. Everyone should be treated with a little bit of respect.

OK. I've been working on a similar project anyways. I would just like to know how the patterns for the Combo Challenges have been thought of! Was it a bot, or just pure creativity?
Don't you think something like this is kinda....idk, incredibly difficult for a new TASer who hasn't really made a high quality TAS yet? Things like botting a game really requires technical knowledge of how the game's rng work; you can't simply leech off someone's lua script and expect it to output an optimal, star-tiered TAS.
I know! Jeez, I was just wondering!
