I was having a second analysis on the method, and... there are improvements and necessities @__@ The good part: - No need to use the change character room after getting the sword, of course - Skipping piranha and lion stages, that's new - The changing can be done each jump, it can be used to turn into hu-man, and fly away at more points And the bad part: - Tasmanian sword is only available through shopping and it's 1480 GP.. - Its attack is much lower than legendary sword.. - And it's only buyable if the charm is at a certain point that is high.. I don't have a plan for that yet, ... so I can't say it's much faster, but it's worth trying, that's for sure.

I vote a weak Meh (if there is voting after publishing..) .... I have a shortcut for Round IV-I with Obelix that should save around 20 seconds at least =P

You can enter Lion-Man stage with Mouse-Man, buy a Tasmanian Sword, change immediately into Hawk-Man and go directly to the end without fighting two bosses... can THIS fact make the game faster? >_>

Why is a wing boots manipulated from the sea enemy there and not used to stand in mid-air hitting the boss? Would it be faster? .. or maybe it wasn't used because of that incredibly weird sound that happens on the current WIP? .. XD

I'm against using FM chip, as it adds frames randomly with different lags,.. my run on Kenseiden (any% TAS) with FM was 16 frames slower.... not a big difference, ... but!! If the low HP alarm sound is less annoying, it's worth a try ... =P I'm loving the work until the end of level 4, ... too bad it's not a work in progress currently, I would even try to continue it, but I have too much WIPs ._.

I'm the first Meh vote (finally >_>) ... and as the first Meh vote, I say: this looks well planned, well glitched, the entertainment is fine... (fine like in 'fine, but that other one there is amazingly crazy' I should say) ... so, I just don't care if this gets published or not, ... it looks like there is room for improvement, anyway... so maybe it can turn into a Yes vote in the future.. +D

I believe I can continue working on the optimised version, but there is one detail I didn't think through in any WIP yet ... how to dance to the music? If I'm frame advancing, I'm not listening to the normal speed music, I can just have an idea of what's being played, ... well, this could add over 9000 re-records of music testing,... xP
With the new emulator BizHorn (oops... keep forgetting the name) I can actually listen to the music while frame-advancing ... maybe it's the final technology for dancing to be easier to do! ...now I just have to solve the Lake Stage problem .... I'm not finding enough frames to get to the couple of blocking rocks in time to not wait for the tide.... @___@ maybe I should release a new WIP to show up the problem .. xP EDIT: OMFG, this new emulator shows that this game have 1 to 2 lags every frame +_+ this looks a little creepy, and it tends to be almost always 2 when there is ONE enemy on screen ._.

Otherwise, now I can run the emulator with no more unpausing due to always leave 'Run in background' marked.... XD Tested continuing a TAS, the red lag count in italic sure is annoying with this chaging of positions ... so, ... when will it be released? +D

Downloaded the newest version 1.0.4a (I suppose) and... still get the same bug where I change window and go back (or enter a menu and leave) and the game unpauses automatically ... @___@
I've tested several computers, both XP and Windows 7 and can not reproduce this. If I could, maybe I could fix it. You need to give me detailed steps as to how to make this happen.
I do nothing different... let me see... I open BizDrops, choose a rom, (choosing to run a video is optional), then I click a menu, and click the screen,... it unpauses... or I change to chrome, change back to BizQuick, and it unpauses.. I downloaded it and put it in the same folder as Degas, ... can this be the problem? Or maybe... is there a version of Windows XP that can just skip steps on the emulator? Or.... what else .... I didn't find anything at the options that could be useful, my commands are: IJKL for arrows, Delete is button 1, End in button 2, Enter is the in-game pause, (and GG start) .... my frame-advancing key is ; ... which is three characters right to M ... "," and "." are quick-save and quick-load..... F8 is my pause button ... and F12 is screenshot .... can this be caused by any specific menu option, meaning it can be a key I didn't describe now?? @___@ It looks a little like some screens in some games can be advanced in less frames, which could mean all Master System movies are to be obsoleted given enough time... but to do my part I really need to fix this thing first x_x EDIT: Other details: - I always have Task Manager open while using the computer.. - I changed some extensions from TAS to MMV, MMV to TAS, TAS to BKM, BKM to TAS, to make movies appear and be tested... rare MMVs can be reproduced.. all BKM and TAS are compatible between each other - I put a Rewind option on F10 .. is there any bug reporting on this option? x.x - More specifically: Quick-save = Comma, Quick-load = Period, Frame-advance = Slash. - Options on View are all marked, except Display FPS, and Display Log Window... and video is 2x - On Configs->GUI it's marked Pauses when menu activated, Start paused, Save window position, Show menu in full screen, and Log window as console.. tried all others, no success. And oh yeah, it looks like another bug: I cannot change position of red lag count in italic,... my normal lag count is shown much below... >_> EDIT2: HEY O___o when I marked the one thing I really didn't want ... Run in background, it looks like all the problem stopped happening O__o

I have been replaying this game, and I've found some glitches, slightly bizarre movements and possible shortcuts, a way to end the movie earlier, and I could even shave some good 400 frames in best TAS conditions, so maybe I'll work on this, if ShinyDoofy and WWMarx aren't working on it anymore.... And if 60Hz brazilian release starts being accepted, I would hate to see it running as slow european... @__@ EDIT: (and if not, maybe I'd see if what I learned applies to Game Gear version...) >_>

- I really liked the glitches - I enjoyed the usage of different weapons on intro stage - Loved the skipping of a boss (and took some time to remember who it was) - Thought the fights looked improved by a good amount of frames comparing to existing runs - And liked the conveyer part (was that a glitch? I don't remember it moving after taking out the mammoth) But I have to vote No ... it looks unappealing to skip the 8 stages, kind of... incomplete. When the game is glitched in a password kind of way .. it's just not the same as glitching it without passwords.. >_> Maybe I should vote Meh instead, because it is a walkathon, ... >>> And you should warn if there is changing at the ending.. I didn't watch it ¬¬ if a movie has ending glitching, it should be told as a surprise, .... I don't know if I speak for all of us but... I really don't watch endings anymore when watching TASes.. because I've seen the ending before, and I know it will be the same .. so, .. maybe more opinions on this? (I'm not watching the ending until I read some comments on this) >_> (and SNES videos still doesn't run on my pc, I need to see the youtube/nico videos @__@)

Voted Meh ... (is there a Weak Meh, or Strong Meh? This one is a Weak) =P It looks nice against Ryu, and the final battle is great, but ... it's just not appealing on most other fights... x.x "the end again? when is it the real end?" (I said it twice watching, both before Ryu) >_>''''
