Fairly anti-climactic ending, if you ask me. Still not sure how I beat the final fight, there. Kind of a twist ending, though. Kinda funny how the dude survived, although not much was explained about it, and it explains how the ship stopped moving. xD

They should have at least had the decency to put in a save point after the Queen metroid. Because they fight after that is nearly impossible, because I hardly have any health left. And then there's no fuckin' way to concentrate during that battle cause it's solely that first person crap.

I partially agree (though as I said above, I think her voice actress is perfectly average). There are times where she's really good, which just contrasts her phoning-it-in moments even more. The other voice acting in the game is pretty good, I thought. I especially liked Adam's VA. He made Adam someone who is simultaneously likeable and a total douchebag.
Hehe, I full agree about Adam. He was actually quite likeable. I actually almost cried when he locked Samus out of Sector 0. Total douchebag up until the end, then heselflessly sacrifices his own life to take out Sector 0 so Samus can handle everything else. ...That douchebag! Everything else is even harder!

She should have at least had good voice acting. I mean, her voice actor pretty much just sounded like she was phoning it in.

I should have returned to a save station after beating the big Metroid. Because I don't have enough energy to be fighting these five big guys MB just created.

I tried taking out the smaller Metroids last night, but they just keep swarming all over me. For some reason, I can't get them all in a small enough group to freeze them all with a single Charge Shot. Otherwise, taking them down with Super Missiles wouldn't be that hard. They kinda over complicated this fight. Edit: Apparently, this fight is impossible for me. The damned Metroids just keep swarming me. Only way I'm going to get passed this fight is by a miracle. And seriously. Did they have to make the Metroids so damn impossible to hit? Edit edit: Holy crap! I just had a miracle. Now I can fight the big sucker.

Omega Metroid is friggin impossible without all the little Metroids gang raping me. I barely got rid of three of them. Not exactly sure what my strategy is here.

I'm having fun, yet slightly disturbed by how something so cute and fuzzy, can turn into something so big and ugly. O.o

Sensemove, you mean the dodge thing? Edit: Oh, hey! I got him without firing a single missile.

The part on the lift is starting to piss me off. I cabn handle the Zebesians just fine, but that one thing, I dunno. Can't figure out his pattern, his attacks just come too fast.

*sigh* They did not TURN her into an emo. Samus has had no distinct personality until Other M. You can complain about Samus' character, but it is not character assassination, because there was no character to assassinate in the first place. I hate it when people assume that every AFGNCAAP is a stoic badass just because they don't talk. Gah. Sorry, that's just kind of a berserk button for me. I was not disappointed by Other M, at least not where gameplay is concerned. I think the first-person shenanigans is all about where you have your sensor bar placed and how far away you are from the TV. That would render it a hardware problem, and not a problem with the game. Personally, I never had issues with switching between perspectives. PROS The third-person controls are great, it's atmospheric, runs like Grease Lightning and the Ridley fight is one of the best (and hardest) boss fights in the series. The story is interesting, even if the actual storyTELLING was a bit melodramatic. The emphasis on one-on-one combat is greatly appreciated; I really liked how enemies, especially the Space Pirates, were individual powerful foes on their own and not just something to distract you on the way to the next powerup. I also really appreciated the upped difficulty level. CONS The hitbox for Overcharges (jumping on an enemy's head) can be a bit screwy. The FPS cursor occasionally blended into the foreground, making it hard to see. Samus' voice actress was perfectly average, which is why I think she irked so many fans: she wasn't great, and she didn't have any memorable so-bad-it's-good howlers either. Also, whoever developed the Where's Waldo pixel hunting should be shot in the head and made to bag groceries for old ladies. Despite its flaws I still really like this game. I can't wait to go for 100% and get the secret ending. And then go through Hard Mode's forced 0% run *gulp*
The game is actually starting to grow on me at the moment. Just picking up my Wiimote again. Can't exatly remember where I left off last night. O.o

Wow. Was that a shot at me? Seriously? Well, I can be rather dense sometimes. Just means people can insult me and get away with it. xD

Now that I have the Speed Booster and an E-Recovery Tank, the game is finally starting to suck less.

In sector two the enemies make this game more trouble than it's worth. Those big guys with the armored heads take way too much damage to kill, and in this one area, there's no damn high ground to get away from it, and on top of that, there are Ice Wasps and a nest. Either way, something is likely to kill you in that room. Because of which, I can;t bring myself to continue playing this game tonight. Maybe not tomorrow. I stand by what I've already said about the game. It's a load of crap.

Try being better at the game :/
I do just fine at this game. The fact that it's a bad game has no relevence on my playing. Even with just one plant shooting stuff at you it's BARELY possible to use the health concentration deal. But the fact is, HAVE HEALTH ORBS, damnit!

Well, this game is still pissing me off. That concentration deal with her health is fucking stupid, because any time you need it, you're in the middle of a fight and you can't use it. I just tried. The first boss fight won't let you use it because of all of those damn plants shooting shit at you, and those damned wasps are just as annoying. Team Ninja really dropped the ball with this game. They should stick to making ninja games instead of fucking up good games.

what were you expecting from people who pick a stupid name like "team ninja"
You seem to forget they made Ninja Gaiden, which is in my opinion the best ninja game ever made.
Well, after some thinking, I've decided to give the game another chance. But I'm still not overly impressed. That being said, I haven't touched it yet, and probably won't until about 11pm tonight Eastern time. I'm watching a four part Movie on Syfy right now. xD

This game is such a load of crap! Not only did they overly complicate the controls by making you unable to move or dodge in First person mode, essentially turning Samus into a stationary bullseye, but they turned Samus into a whiny emo girl! And a Bounty Hunter taking Orders about her weapons from the federation? Hell no! That should never have taken place! It defeats the purpose of already having the weapons at her disposal! I played the game for about six hours until I finally got bored and said screw it. And I haven't touched it since. That was three days ago. Why Nintendo would let Team Ninja go and ruin the Metroid Series with this monstrosity is beyond me. I'm going down to Gamestop tomorrow and turning this crappy game in for in-store credit. So, was anybody else as disappointed as I was with the game?

I really hope this gets finished. I mean, aside from the new PC game, this is the only other GOOD Ghostbusters game.

Thing is, practice mode would be extremely boring. The grand prix modes are far more fun to watch because of the extra traffic and the other races trying to run your ass off the track. Frankly, watching a Practice Mode TAS of all tracks would put me to sleep.

I'm watching the test WIP now. :3 Edit: Personally, I think the Intelligence does give you extra mana regen, but not as much as Rejuv gear. You can also purchase a talent that increases your base mana regen, too. Though I'm not sure if it would help a whole lot in a TAS. I'm thinking this TAS will be close to, if not over an hour in length, depending on how much there is to this game. I did play this some last year. But as I said in my last post, if you can, manipulate some good rejuv gear to drop. I think you can equip two rings and an amulet, and in a low level run, that may be all you need to keep your mana up. And they do stack. :3

You should try to manipulate some good items to drop for you if you can, like +4-+5 Rejuvenation rings or something. The extra mana regen will help some if the items exist.
