Love it! Now all we need is a 100% TAS of Bomberman Hero and Bomberman 64: Second Attack.

I voted yes. Honestly, I think MORE RPGs could use 100% runs. This should definitely be considered 100% even if it doesn't do all the unimportant stuff.

Hey, cool. Looks like the test run is still coming together, even if it's not being worked on right now.

It's been a while since anyone has posted in this thread. Is the run still active or is it dead?

1 Mage would be impossible outside of a TAS. Especially if the party is only Level 5 or 6. In a regular speedrun, you really need at least two Mages casting Major heal, otherwise the dragon is going to kill you. I'm not really sure if a Warrior or thief is better, either. Thief if you can proc his crits on every hit. Otherwise Warrior would be best for raw brute attack power because of the Ruby Sword which grants you 4 attacks per turn.

Wow, It'd been so long that I'd forgotten I even made this thread. xD Course I haven't exactly been very active on the forum for the last few years anyway. Feasel has a 1:11:10 on a speedrun of this game. I'm sure a TAS can do better.

I'm just wondering if there's been any new progress so far on the 100% run. Hope so. It's definitely one of the most anticipated runs.

By all logic that some people are saying this run shouldn't be accepted because of a mere 40 frame improvement, by that same logic, the current Sub 5 Minute TAS of Super Mario Bros. shouldn't have been accepted either as it was only about what? A 1 frame improvement? There wasn't really any change in that run either aside from that single frame. But that didn't stop you from accepting it. Hypocrites.

I think any Castlevania game that has a 100% Completion possible, should definitely get a 100% TAS. The CoTM run should have gotten published regardless of whether or not you get anything for 100% completion. There are a lot of games where 100% completion doesn't give you anything but that doesn't stop people from voting yes on the 100% Metroid runs. And all you get for those is a different ending screen. Nothing spectacular. The only problem seems to be that people are biased against 100% runs outside of a specific series of games. It's really no wonder we don't have 100% runs of games that should have them, like the Zelda Series. The Zelda series should have several 100% runs by now, but no one even attempts them, probably because they fear they will get no voted right off the bat. I would love to see them for all of the Zelda games, regardless of length. A 100% run of games shouldn't have to be glitched all to hell either though. Boy, I sure rambled didn't I? Anyway, voting yes.

I'll give it my yes vote. Adventure Island 2 and 3 really need No Warps runs.

I have a 3.4ghz Quad Core with 8GB DDR3 RAM, Windows 7 64bit, and Nvidia GeForce GT 430. I haven't tried Dolphin lately. But I probably should download one of the latest revisions so I can give Phantasy Star Online Episodes 1&2 a try. :3

I agree. This game really isn't so bad when you stop thinking of it as a Zelda Clone or a StarFox Game. I just think of it as a game that just happens to have Fox McCloud in it. And a sexy blue Fox named Krystal. :3 It's a decent enough game. I downloaded the SDA run and watched it, so I'd definitely watch a TAS of it.

It's a fairly good TAS, considering it's length. Didn't get TOO boring.

I'll wait for an Encode before I give my judgement.

I wouldn't mind seeing a 100% run of this game. Showing off so little of this hack doesn't really seem to do it justice.

How long will a Warped run take? Also, how long will a No Warps run take?

I would think all of those above except for the high scores in the Pianta Parlor and Mario at Maximum level. Other than those two, everything else likely.

Would be nice to see both any% and 100% runs for this game, as well as the first game. :3

Both of the encodes desync on my end, but I watched enough that I'm voting yes on this run. :3

I'm not sure if the 100% run for SDA is being approved, or if it's being turned down. I hope it gets approved, cause I watched all of the segments on Youtube. It's pretty well done aside from some minor mistakes. Right now it looks like he has to re-encode every segment.

Why do I get the feeling we're going to be seeing a lot of Hentai Flash Games being TASed? >.>
