There is Desync for me. Happens right in the beginning. Don't even get a Pokémon. Just desync there in the naming process.

Well, seeing as how Blizzard deals damage to all enemies. I say freezing both enemies is quite possible. By the way, what rom version are you using? ;3

Oh, alright then. ;3 I just never had the Franklin badge when fighting him I guess. Always had to level to 15+ before fighting him cause I kept dying otherwise. :3 Well, this is good news. ^^

I will have to wait until one of the Translation Patches are done before playing this game. I kept getting stuck somewhere either late in CHapter 1 or early in Chapter 2. Odds of an English Translation by Nintendo are very slim. I guess EarthBound didn't do well here...

The bread will be a definite time saver. Think of how many more frames you will save than lose by optimization with the bread crumbs. :3 I think even during a TAS, you will have to somehow make it so in the zoo the Starman's attacks will miss. One PK Beam and you're going to die, no doubt about it. EDIT: This WIP looks much better than the original rough draft. ^^

Keep in mind however that the Ice Beam will only attack one enemy at a time. So you may still take some damage unless you make the attacks miss.

Wowie! That's what Optimization can do I guess. :3 26 seconds faster. I'm sure the final draft of this TAS will be just as good though. ^^

The good thing about either Rom, is that it will teach me how to beat the game on a visual basis once the run is finished. :3

Well, when there is a good function GameCube emulator, I'm sure TASes for these would be much more entertaining. :3

Wish we could get Bisqwit's opinion on the Japanese/English matter here. After all, what he says goes, right? ;3 I personally think the English version will be fine though. ^^

I think getting Ice Beam may be worth it. Since you will be underpowered, you can always proc a Freeze on the enemy so they won't be able to attack, thus causing fights to be a little shorter due to less text from enemy attacks. I have not seen a freezing proc in any of the TASes yet.

Now THAT is excellent. :3 I don't think I've ever seen a boss in a Bomberman game butchered so easily. Keep it up! ^^

This TAS will probably be as long as the current EarthBound TAS. Some enemies will give a lot of experience. I don't know how far through I got in the game when I played. Only had like...the first Melody...

Primo, I have to say this looks excellent. :3 And you even made Catching a Jigglypuff seem effortless. I used to go through at least ten Pokéballs trying to catch one. xD Keep it up! ^^

From what I have heard, this game was translated, but was just never shipped out for the NES. I don't see why that should keep the English version of the rom from being used.

So far this looks very good. If this is only a test run, it still looks very good, hehe. :3 Looks like a Game I will need to try at some point. ^^

I know it's only been a few months, I know. But I have to ask. Has anyone heard about any major progress on a DS Emulator as of yet? :3

I'd love to see both Level 1 and 2. Mainly for Nostalgia. Used to play this on my SNES all the time a while back. ^^ I was never very good at it though. :3

How about that? I'm the first YES Vote, hehe. :3 I personally think the run is well done. SO I gave it a yes vote. ;3
