While neither would be faster, I don't doubt that either of them would have more entertainment value than the Rare Candy Glitch.

Just leveling up with rare Candy would be really boring to watch. I got bored when I did it.

If I knew how, don't you think I'd be less interested in a run of this calibur? ;3 I can hardly wait for the next WIP, since the first is rather short. :3

So you're going to go for all 151 Pokémon eh? I will need to pay close attention to this run then. Especially since I am interested in catching all 151 myself, since I only have the Red and Yellow Version. ;3

I at least want an All Medallions TAS, if not 100%. There is bound to be tons more entertainment than the current Glitched TAS.

I hope you do a Virtual Bart run. You made this game look easy, hehe. I wish I had commented on your last WIP, but I was rooting for the run anyway. :3 I like the Music in the Bartman Stage. ;3

Collecting all Medallions regardless would be a good idea, instead of skipping more than half of the game. That just takes all of the entertainment out of the run for me. Whoever discovers the glitches like these for these kinds of games should be found and shot. However. I do hope someone decides to make a 100% TAS.

You can find the rom just about anywhere SNES Roms can be found. I suggest you find it and give it a try. ;3 EDIT: Oh yes. If you have trouble finding it, the full name of the game is The Twisted Tale of Spike McFang. Just for those of you who don't know. :3

I can't believe this game hasn't been brought up yet. I have never beaten this game, but I have played enough of it to know that I feel it is TAS worthy. I could have swore someone was working on a TAS for this a couple years ago, or maybe a year ago. But my memory is really bad. I didn't find a topic for this in any of the Seven Pages. I just feel this game deserves a TAS. It's a unique Action/RPG in my opinion.

I couldn't even stand to watch the full movie on the FCEU Emulator. It wouldn't even be worth downloading the AVI. The Variety of powers is what kept the old run interesting to watch, even though it desynced. I'm sure there are others that agree with me on that point.

I am voting no on this particular run. It's not that I'm not impressed, I used to wish I could use the UFO through every level. But now that I have actually seen it done, being able to is just really boring to watch.

I would much rather see a Speed Run for Sonic 3D. Would be more fun.

Unfortunately, PJ64 1.7 Beta is only available to donators. So odds are a lot of people won't be seeing it until 2008 I guess..

And...That is funny how? They are going to be holding it back for 14+ months. I can see waiting as a good thing if they continue to improve it.

Well, it has been a month since I last posted. So I have to ask the same question as any other time. ;3 Has there been and real progress on a function DS Emulator as of yet? :3 I am starting to save up $10 a week, it is all I can manage since I don't have a job. However, buying a DS is not on my immediate List of things to buy. At the very top is the new Wii System and games for it. ;3 I heard the games are only going to be $50 like the gamecube Games. ;3 Well, that's all from me for now. :3

I too would be interested in this Emulator version. Perhaps it will be able to play other Roms as well, such as Gauntlet Legends. I miss that game! EDIT: I guess you have to DONATE to get the BETA version of 1.7...It's not fair. Everyone should be able to get the emulator...

Well. Someone on SDA is doing a Segmented 100% run for this game. So a lot of people must think it's a good idea. I personally would enjoy watching a 100% TAS. If someone wants to make it, I say let them. It's bound to be very good. I enjoy watching 100% runs more than any other kind. The glitched runs, like the current OoT run, just bore me. I don't see the point in playing a game if you're just going to skip over most of it. Well, that's all for my input. ;3

Ding! Ding! For those who can't wait for FODA's run to be finished, the new Super Mario 64 Speed Run is up on SDA! This should hold you over until FODA is done!

After all of the Pokémon Games released for the GBA, I have to wonder. Are there going to be versions of Diamond and Pearl for the GBA as well?

I am afraid I too must vote no. The "Big" levels were good, but it got too boring to watch, so I ended up not finishing watching the rest of the run after the second level.

Oh, well. That is a relief. I've always wanted to raise an Espeon. ;3 May be my only chance, since the Pokémon Games on the Emulator don't seem to be able to keep time and such. The only Psychic Type I have ever raised is Abra to Kadabra, heh.

Are you saying that NONE of the Pokémon I train will evolve in this game? I always thought that was the point of a Pokémon game. To train and evolve.. What is the point of training them if they only get slightly stronger? Won't do them a whole lot of good in the long run.
