Do you perhaps have an SMV file of your current progress, Saturn? I can't seem to download off of Rapidshare for some reason, never really figured out how. I find that site highly annoying..

Wouldn't it be easier to use the Cloud on the Castle in world 8? Because it seems to me that it would be the longest of the levels, aside from the tanks and ship. And besides, in 8-2, there is a shortcut. You should experiment with that a little bit.

Nice progress so far. Going to have a bit of trouble with World 7 I think, since unless you have the cloud, you have a LOT of levels in your way. The longest of which I believe is the Water Level. I will be quite interested to see what other tricks you have up your sleeve. :3

This topic has been quiet for far too long. ;3 So, how is the progress coming along for the TAS? I hope we'll be able to see some WIPS sooner or later. :3 Anyway, good luck. ;3

What kind of run is this going to be? A 100% Items Run? The SDA 100% run is only little over 2 hours long. But with Optimization using the Save and Quit technique, the run can be improved by at least a few minutes. JUst thought I would ask what type of run it is, hehe.

These are games I loved from my childhood, and I think each would make a beautiful TAS. I owned all three at one point, but had to let them go for extra money one day a long time ago. Well, anyway. I would love to see a TAS for these games.

I'd love to see some WIPs posted to keep us all up on the Progress of the run. This is going to be done with the SNES version? Or is it with the NES Version? Well, whichever it is, I'm sure it will be fun to see.

I'd like to see both. I myself never really got that far in Gold/Silver/Crystal. Well, I beat the Elite 4, but never beat RED myself. My pokémon were always too low of level to be any match for him. Probably because I was always training six of them and got bored training them out in the wild for little experience. Well. I'm going to play Gauntlet: Dark Legacy on my PS2 now. ;3

I love the WIP so far, hehe. I do suggest though, that you let get Cecil into a fight to gain some big experience before leaving the mountain. That's what I did, hehe. Gained Six or so levels from one fight. Might take a few minutes, but it will be worth it I think. I noticed that you let Rydia Level up quite a bit as well. I feel that is a good idea if you plan to have her in your party at the end of the game. Rydia is my favorite Black Mage/Summoner, hehe. Once Tellah is gone, she will likely be your Strongest Black Mage, except for the Mysidian kid and his Bluff ability.

Well. I guess I don't need to ask if you're Reviving Crono this time around then. The obvious answer is no. ;3

I don't see anywhere in my last post where I have asked, I merely stated I would check EDonkey. Maybe you should get your eyes checked. -.-

Well. I downloaded the Gameboy Advance version of Gauntlet: Dark Legacy(Mode 7) a few moments ago, and for some reason, the game doesn't want to play at all. All I get on the Emulator is a blank white screen. Any help with this problem will be appreciated.

Yoshi does have Increased running speed. I just watched that movie. It can be done, but it doesn't look like it can be maintained for an extended period of time. From what I saw, it's too hard to keep Yoshi afloat.

I wouldn't know. I've never been able to pull off a floating Cape trick with Yoshi, so..

I know you can, I never said you couldn't. I'm just saying, you can't fly as FAR on Yoshi without a Blue Shell, or a Blue Yoshi eating any shell. This would certainly be a skilled run to pull off.

I was watching the end of the SDA Super Mario World run last night, and I got to thinking while watching him running around on Yoshi throughout the end. I think seeing a Yoshi Run on all Levels would be fun. It would definately show a lot of skill in the game, of course, I know some parts wouldn't be able to be done with Yoshi, The Castles, Ghost Houses, Some Level Parts, etc. But. Using a Yoshi has some Advantages. Faster Running Speed and Flying Speed come to mind, though Yoshi can't fly as far, unless eating a Blue Shell, or is a Blue Yoshi eating all assortments of shells. It's easy to go through the game with just Mario. It's just something to think about. ;3

Some of the Items have been revamped too. Tents restore full Hit Points and Magic Points now, instead of just SOME. I wonder how many other items got revamped in this version.

There are already a couple of any% runs. Do a 100% Items run! :3 Anyway. I look forward to seeing the WIP when it's finally up. ;3

Aye, there are some graphical problems in the game when it's played by emulator. Such as the Menus, they take forever to come up. And the Background tends to flash quite a lot in a lot of areas. I don't know about any others as of yet. But those are the main problems I've seen.

The only stat that goes down really, is Cecil's Spirit, cause I traded in his starting Armor and Weapon for something bette, hehe. I haven't been this hooked to a game in a good while. Finally got Rydia back, and am going to do some hard training, hehe. ;3

There's already 250 DS Games?! Wowie. I know there are that many for the SNES, but wow. Sheesh, that system just game out this year. Guess I better start looking for them for when a working DS Emulator finally surfaces. ;3

Hehe. There probably aren't even any Nintendo DS Roms available as of yet either. I can understand there not being a working DS Emulator yet though. The system did just come out not that long ago. EDIT: Just checked out the DS Emulator progress, not too impressive really. Nothing I'd call Noteworthy at least.
