Well, apparently I didn't make my point clear, did I? Why should I do a run that people want to see, if I'm not going to get any help? What do I get out of it besides a headache? And Insults certainly won't make me change my mind. I got enough Insults in School, so I just don't let them make my actions for me. I may be Immature, but it's never a good thing to grow up too much. I will admit that I have a stubborn streak a mile long. You can say what you want about me, because only my Mate truely knows me. My point is, I asked for help, but didn't receive any, other than an EarthBound run from Culden, which I am greatful for. But he doesn't know how to manipulate battles or anything. I will also admit that I am a little lazy, but I don't feel like ruining my eyes staring at a bright screen, trying to read through all of the posts. I can't afford new glasses right now. My eyes are already bad enough with the glasses I'm wearing. I may consider doing it again in the future. But for now, just lay off, I have enough problems in my life lately, with my low life Father trying to make it so my family has no place to live.

Nope, cause it would take me a little longer, considering I wear glasses, and staring at a computer screen trying to read hurts my eyes a bit, so no. Plus I don't have the patience, hope that answers your question. -.- And as stated before, since I got no help really, I'm not doing the run. And I very much doubt anyone can change my mind, sorry. All someone had to do was tell me what pages to look on, but that seemed to be too much trouble for them. So I won't bother with the run. This will be the last time I post/read on this subject, so just drop it. I am.

Well, I'm not going to do the run..I have better things to do than read through ALL of the posts here to figure out HOW to manipulate battles and stuff. I'm not a big reader, and I'd rather do as LITTLE reading as possible to figure something out. Someone else will have to do the run. Sorry, but after waiting for FOUR days for someone to tell me which pages the information for manipulating battles is on, I don't feel like doing the run anymore. Plus I didn't get an answer. I don't have a lot of patience in the first place, so.. So, sorry, but I can't do the run now, I'm too angry about not getting an answer..

I love this game, and would love to see a run of it! It's one of my favorites to play on an Emulator, hehe. But deciding which class/race to use will be the challenging part. I would probably go with the Alien, because of the overall brute force and the strong Fire Magic. Plus, the Alien doesn't need weapons, just armor. Of course, I don't know if there are any weapons for the Alien yet. Haven't gotten very far in game with him...Yet. ;3

Well, Squirtle is the physically weakest of the three starters. I would have gone for Bulbasaur, since they have well rounded stats, and have strong specials against Ground/Water/Rock, and are able to withstand electricity. Plus a Bulbasaur's Razorleaf would be good to have in the long run, since it ALMOST always criticals in R/B/Y, which could make it almost unstoppable. But yea, that's just me. ;3 Squirtle is never a really good Physical Attacker, the only really good stats it gets are Defense and Special. Just rely on Specials like Surf, Hydro Pump, Bubblebeam, etc.

True, but in a Low Level run, I may not have the Psychic Points to keep going. Unless I take the time to get the Magic Truffles scattered through Deep Darkness. Or find a way to manipulate luck to get enemies to drop PSI Caramel or Magic Tarts. Then I would also have to run into something to stop and keep from teleporting to the place specified. So most of the frames saved would be lost anyway. I think by the time I got to Deep Darkness, I'd have a large supply of Skip Sandwich DX if I chose to buy them. Plus, Ness' PP would be needed for battles to get through them quickly, for his PSI attacks, since they can deal good damage. That, and I plan to stock Jeff up on Multi-Bottle Rockets, if I have enough cash. I may try using that teleport idea though. ;3

Hmm, what pages exactly? If I find it somewhat easy to do, I will probably do it. I'll run through the game a few times without Skip Sandwiches of course, since I remember them costing quite a bit. So I'd have to fight a lot just to afford them. But, anyway, let me know what pages, if they help me, I'll definastely play. ;3

Afraid I won't be doing the tas after all everyone. I just don't have the patience, it's too big of an undertaking when I don't know anything about how to manipulate it. I can't even get passed those damn Mice and Black Antoids cause they do so much damage. And I don't know if I actually have the time to put the actual effort into doing it. Well, I probably do, but..A Low Level run might be rather impossible for me to do without luck manipulation, and I probably wouldn't like doing it. Well, anyway, just letting you all know..

By all means, if you can Culden, link me to that Walktrhough, hehe. Would be fun to watch someone other than myself playing for a change. ;3

Hm, I wouldn't mind seeing a Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal run myself. But I feel Chikorita would be a bad choice for a starter(Just thought I'd add that).

Actually, the background in the Minigame seems to depend on where you are, cause I've noticed two or three different backgrounds for it.

Looks like we're bound to get a person to do a TAS of this game sooner or later by the looks of the Gamefaq board. ;3 I'd do it, but I don't know the game well enough, but I've thought about playing it through a couple of times. Planning to play it through as a minimal level run, without buying Skip Sandwiches. I can't remember what Level I beat the game at the very first time I played, but that was definately a Minimal Level run, haha. xD I'm no expert at the game, so I don't know how to manipulate battles, but I think that would make too much work. Well, with any luck, I might be able to do a run. ;3

Well, I finally downloaded the avi, after all, I did SAY that I would. And now I think that I'm going to watch it while I lay in bed tonight, waiting for sleep to over take me. Yes, I leave my computer on all the time mostly, watching Time Attacks to help me sleep. ;3

I hope they port this game to the GBA, and give to us in ENglish unlike the original! But, you should play it, hehe, it's a lot of fun. I've beaten it several times.

There are three rooms per Battle Room, with 5-10 Battles per room. But it really wouldn't take all that long to beat all of the rooms, though there are small Mini-Bosses at the end of the third rooms. I figure it would take maybe five minutes for all three rooms total per Battle Chamber, considering spezzafer normally uses Rock Candy to attack in every battle once he picks them up. But, the downside to doing that, would mean he'd lose his eleven minute lead over the previous movie. So I have to agree, and say that the Two Battle Chambers would take too long just to get a couple of Ultimate Weapons.

Eleven Minutes eh? I also remember the Hurly Gloves being a bad weapon. But I suppose it's the best weapon Bowser can get without going for Spiked Link or Drill Claw.

Well, he should at least go for the Masher, anyway. Cause it's not really a big time taker.

I haven't seen an "item attack" that can do up to 500 Damage in a single hit. He'll have to rely on Rock Candies, and that will take longer in the long run considering they only do 200-300 Damage at the most per use. If he had the Lazy Shell, he could do more than 600-900 Damage per round. Depending on how well you time the Lazy Shell, I've seen at least 550-600 Damage in one attack. And if you Geno Boost Mario, he can do around 600-750 Damage in one attack. Just putting in my two bits, cause I still think skipping the Lazy Shell may not save much time in the later boss battles.

Meteotite can also be found on a Spinning Robo. I've found a piece on one of them before. ^.~ Don't know what I did to find it, but it dropped. You never really can tell what enemy is going to drop what in this game half the time. :3

At the most, a 100% Super Mario RPG Run would only go between 3-5 hours. Hehe. People have already proven that the game can be beaten in three or less. I will have to say however, that not going for the Lazy Shell Weapon may not save time in the long run, considering it's the most powerful weapon in the game. I can understand skipping Culex, since he's really tough. You should at least get the Masher from Booster's Tower though, since that Hammer seems to have limitless potential as far as Hammers go. And I do believe it may be more powerful than the "Ultra Hammer" that can be found in the Factory.

That is true. But there are also 100% runs on this site, as Saturn-Chan has so demonstrated with his Secret of Evermore 100% run. And he did that in like, two hours and four minutes, quite fast for that game. More like impossibly fast. I'm just one of the people that likes 100% runs more than others. But it by no means says I won't download the next Super Mario RPG Run. I love that game, and have been playing it since I was maybe...Ten or Eleven years old, I'm twenty two years old right now.

I'd much rather see a 100% run for this game. Already seen one that wasn't 100%, so I don't think this particular run will be much fun to watch.. I'd do a 100% run, if I knew where all 100% of the items were, but unfortunately, no, I don't.
