The published video link gives me an odd error. Can someone quickly fix it?

If it makes you feel better, Xkeeper, I was very conflicted on voting between "yes" and "meh."

Upon watching, I have to say this is actually somewhat boring. It skipped WAY too much of the game. It had the "whoa" factor but man... I wasn't very entertained.

This game would be a boring TAS to watch. You can't exactly go fast. Wouldn't impress me much since it's the easiest thing ever at slow speed. For the record, I cleared Phantasm stage with 3 lives left (would have been 4 but I died AS Yukari's death animation was going).

Wow .. this game is insane! I don't speak or read japanese, but I'm pretty sure that all that scrolling text is totally unnecessary. What does it say, in general? Comments about what's going on, or simply the guy saying "I'm japanese and I put all this scrolling text because I can and it's really really annoying"?
wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Basically "w" is laughing.

That excessive scrolling text wasn't annoying at all!! But yeah, pretty cool. I actually did laugh when TASはすごい popped up.

Can you put it on DeHackEd's site? This has expired.

Hi, thanks I didn't figure the link marked something was the file. I still find it difficult to believe it isn't in the GoodGen 3.00 db. There are 3 different Knuckles in Sonic 1 hacks but they aren't by the same person.
I think Stealth's is relatively new, compared to the others.

What the holy hell? Can that even be beaten? I mean, assuming it's frame-perfect, I don't see many routes.

As far as I'm concerned, this entire debate is goofy. Get 2-3 more encoders on the site, and then just encode videos on a first-come, first-serve basis; once a video is accepted (the only real subjective part of the step), it should be added in to the queue, and videos should be published in such an order. Popularity of a game simply shouldn't be a factor. edit: I recommend a split from this thread by the way. This argument shouldn't be taking away from the quality of this run (which by the way, is very high. Excellent job.)

Uses "death" as a shortcut. Also, I thought Castle Crush was gonna be boring but it wound up being one of the most entertaining levels. 10/10 run.

I noticed this problem as well while watching the two hour SDW TAS. If you pause it and go back a second or two, it usually resyncs itself.

Weak yes. The next run will be optimal, I'm just giving this a yes for the purpose of having a good run on the site. It is good, just suboptimal....

using Toad/Koopa for the 5 courses, because I am 95% certain that either of those two drivers will save a significant amount of time compared to Bowser, because of better turning (DP1) and much faster, and longer long boosts..
Is it proven that Koopa/Toad have better long boosts ? I just checked the NTSC World Records list, and the fastest laps are driven with Bowser/Donkey/Mario. F-laps in GP are usually a longboost fest, so you'd think players would use Koopa/Toad if there was a potential gain.
You DID check the GP WRs, right?
