Trying stage 3 with new way, hope it faster and finding 6 spotted
Edit: I was done stage 3 and got 3 boost items. But I think the run need optimize more than. Can you ?

Edit2: At this point, my stage 3 need 3115 frames, Hâthor need 3447 frames. In total result we faster 931 frames. But I think the boss battle can optimize more than. How about with 6 shurikens and a slash for save time?

sacrifice 91 frames can have 3 boost items, 2 shuriken, 1 mine. Best lucky I found

Edit: Woot, optimized that way, only lost 13 frames now. Can go now?
Edit2: at this point, we was faster Hâthor 586 frames

All you there forgot some things I said:
- Most my attacks have more damage by counter attack
- Kogetsuzan Rush skill have delay time, enemy still can block or counter attack after get first hit
- Enemies defense stats aren't same, mean with same attack or same combo haven't same damage. Example my 100% combo, some battle it haven't enough damage
That's why if I do repeat actions in every round, it's not faster more than (by don't have more damage, by enemy block my attack, enemy do charge when max power for dodge attacks,etc)
The ways possible faster I said just are my ideas, I was try alot but for fail

Speed, yes I'm still targeting it. just didn't use one action one every rounds
3:35 <--- If you see, when enemy have max power, it'll make charge and will have no damage with every attacks in little time. That's why at that combo, first , I must make a strong attack for it gain power faster more than, then when it done charge my skill still alive (without that, my skill will miss at last hit and can't kill enemy)
9:05 and 12:37, huh? what you mean? damage? It's by enemy defense stat
Edit: oops I forgot, at 3:35, if do that skill without make strong attack before, it'll not enough damage. and the skill I make late a little for wait enemy done charge

For Arcade version, it don't have loading time, it'll help faster in real time. (maybe only need under 10 minutes for beat game)
This game allow both get damage in same time. I was try take damge for save time at start round but got slower because my character got stun. That's why I think best way for save time need take damage at last hit by a single hit only. My strategy and luck manipulation can't do that. I'm show my idea for who want try in future
Yes, make speed TAS for fighting game alway boring. I was try change attack style in every rounds but must still fast as possible for reduce little boring

I mean the lucky for get items. Example if I got 3 boost items but must remake somethig then maybe all run time will sync but sure lucky isn't same, then all fater that sure will desync :(

I was play this game long time ago when I'm still children. Now I want try give it to TAS

I tried remake stage 1 and get 4 shurikens, then I make last hit on mid boss with 1 shuriken then it saved 15 frames
1 shuriken for save 15 frames, it's expensive (because shurikens can help more time at later) :(

I think you don't need disassemble the RNG because I was understood what things lucky depend: it's timer at end stage (at black screen)
If you sure your address have correct, then on Hâthor movie file, I have note his RNG when get 3 boost items on stage 2: the number 4068032957 at black screen
From your LUA file I was try learn how to write LUA for help warning me if see that RNG

Edit: Well, my idea nearly correct, I was join black screen at 4068032957 but I don't have 3 boost items. But when I try change other spots and other frames but still join black screen at 4068032957 I have same items. Now we know RNG numbers will not same on per stage and if we know how to calculator RNG numbers, we can get 3 boost items not too hard

about your 0x000C55E8 I think it's not correct, sometime when that numbers freeze on 4 frames but don't have same items
Hmmm Ayame .... then must remake all again...
Btw, I found on select items before start stage, just need only a frame for per input
Edit: Oh I was fixed this problem, just missing neogeo.zip file
