I'd like to see the avi of this made with the screen follow hack, but if it's possible, maybe there could be two avi files available, either with two torrent files, or combined into one.

In one phrase: The programmers forgot to set a maximum reverse speed.

If you're going to play Doom, you might as well use the 32X version.

I remember Rock+Cutter being a good combo when you got Pitch as the carving (the small bird). I don't really know about the speed aspect, but at least with this you have all the animal forms to use for different situations.

What I'd like to know is this. On the highscore page, one of the guys says he skipped The Hover Thing (green ball) for his faster runs. How could that be possible?

Alright, did my first speedrun. Time of 1:19:17.64, as of this writing 51st place on the list. I didn't have practice with the hard mode physics before this, so I think it's not bad. I died a fair number of times in the crystal mines, but I also screwed up way too often during the 7 route of the last level.

Wait, you like ball 5 the MOST? You must be some kind of masochist. I beat this game a few days ago, but I didn't bother with the secret games, because damned if I'm going to go through that area again. Are they any good?

A few weeks ago a discovered a game for the NES called Moon Crystal. It's a neat platformer, reminiscent of Castlevania or Zelda 2, with a touch of Prince of Persia. It's pretty short too, so I think it would make a good run.

Since you seem to enjoy racing titles, I'm going to suggest San Francisco Rush 2049. Personally I grew bored of the actual racing parts, but the stunt mode is outstanding. Also, I'm going to mention Mischief Makers for the whole Treasure Can Do No Wrong aspect. Some of the games mentioned in this and previous posts make use of the memory expansion pak for the system, so you might need to hunt down one of those too.

Yeah, I recognized the music from 2 4 6 and 7, and 8 is familiar, but the trivia stuff I can't be bothered with.

In most versions of tetris (and any other falling block style puzzle games) you only lose if the space your next piece appears is blocked off. You're allowed to go off the top of the visible field as long as you don't block the piece entrance.

I wouldn't object to seeing a round game run; it would be great to see it being played with all the movement possibilities and kick abuse. There would also be some luck manipulation for the items you want, I suppose. The only thing that would be frustrating is hearing that diamond sound clip over and over.

Yeah, I'm glad you decided to go for the height bonus instead of the quick finish. If this were to get a different run, it would be one that gets all the bonus treasures.

I truly believe that Ristar has one of the most fun credit sequences ever.\ edit: i decided to add a more useful comment I think the coolest thing you did in this was how you skipped some of the plane swapping teleporters in the last level. The pole action in the fire stages were nice too.

Whatever it is you do, please don't put any tacky White Text On Blue Background intros, I'm getting sick of seeing those in every demonstration video I watch. As for game section suggestions, have a part which showcases the puzzle games that have been made. Some high combo shots of Tetris Attack and Kirby's Avalanche. You could probably use a sped up section of regular Tetris as filler too, for song sync reasons. I'll also suggest bits from the Sonic games. From each one in order, I think the item/enemy hopping from Green Hill 3, the huge jump after the long ramp in Chemical Plant 2(?), and some of the back and forth during the auto-scrolling at the end of Flying Battery 2 (including getting stuck in the wall).

It might not even allow it on the roulette. Also, guys? On a blank game, you start with 300 coins in the bank. So you can get the Plus block or the Event block right at the start.

Well, got the PSX Emulator working. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with ISOs or have Controller Support as far as I know.
You can mount the ISOs with Daemon Tools or similar, and load from CD Drive. And my Gravis Gamepad Pro is working fine, although the gamepad itself sucks because it does diagonals way too easily. I also tried the Misadventures of Tron Bonne. It works somewhat, but it seems to have trouble playing some cutscenes randomly, and freezes.
