To me, it didn't desync in Bowser's Castle, it just ended. Did you actually fight the final boss? Or did you stop there intentionally?

VBA has a special menu option (at least in the windows version) to give controls to the tilt sensor. It's listed as Motion Configure.

Well, one frame = one byte is limited to a max of 8 buttons, and if you're going to make it compatible with gba, this can't be done. The best option would be including header information which tells you this, so you can interchange between formatting.

I vote for the extension GBV (Gameboy Video). It's not used by any other programs. VGM however is a game audio format.

Shantae. Also, there are two gb Kirby's Dream Land games, but there's also the spinoff ones, which I think Block Ball and Tilt N Tumble would be good. And yeah, DK '94 would be a nice one to see.

http://dwellingoduels.rock-out.net/ Monthly (more or less) competition to see who can make the best video game cover with live instruments. This usually means lots of rock guitar, but some other gems too. I might post a follow-up to this once I find a link with downloads for the runner-up mp3s.

ICO format is unique in that it can store multiple images at separate resolutions. That would be the benefit.

I'm using the Japanese version of the game to perform the timeattack. The text does go by significantly faster in the Japanese version, so I think that'll be a major timesaver right there.
Grabbed this from page 4, so there's your answer.

Or, enable the checkbox that says maintain folder indexing or whatever it is. Or, load the zip in winrar, since you obviously have it too.

as most computer geeks know, when you ZIP something, folders within the directory zipped are al merged, as opposed to rar'ing it, which maintains each subfolder.
You fail it! Zips maintain folder information, so you must be extracting it wrong. I just checked this right now, and the folder data is fine.

Most off-topic post, EVER. Anyway, our house has a basement, so stairs = yes. Might better off asking if there are upper levels, or just how many floors, since I think most houses have stairs, the only people without them will be those in apartments.

If you do make one, could you do it on a game time other than C? More than one level would be much more interesting. I don't remember which is a longer game though, A or B. One of them has a tetris type mode where you have to drop the pieces vertically as a bonus stage, I think that would be the most interesting part, since those are the hardest to do well in. In any case, this temp video looked really good, I didn't even know there was an All Squares bonus.

The problem: This wall of green !- blocks. It's supposed to be a help to get to the key easier, but it makes the hole between pipe and platform smaller and therefore impossible to pass with a flight.
It's unfortunate. I was hoping it would be possible to dive under the pipe and pull up to get in there, due to the increased height from the dive before.

Of course, most of the spiked tiles can be manipulated to be easier by setting up a random encounter as you walk to it, since the random setups are generally shorter than the fixed ones.

Rygar has some pretty good scores too. I didn't bother watching the whole way through though, due to the pause sequences. Marble Madness is interesting as the movie ends shortly before the last ball perishes.

The first smv desynched for me at the end of the Gnome fight. How much am I missing if I jump ahead to the next one?

I just played a game just now (haven't played in months, possibly years) and beat my top score. I'm now at 1512. I stupidly destroyed the last hatch in Katina early, and didn't rack up the kills there, so it's at least 50 under what I should have done, but oh well. I recorded it, so I might post a link for curiosity's sake, despite it being fairly poor by other standards. I ended up doing Sector X twice too, because I wanted to check out the warp route. It didn't let me change course to Macbeth when I took it though, only Sector Z and Titania; just as well since I got more points playing through normally anyway. EDIT FOR SCORE DETAILS:
CO ME KA SX MA A6 VE
165 280 109 196 166 369 227

My top score on my cart right now is 1360:
CO ME KA SO MA A6 VE
150 287 116 108 157 315 227
But I do have a CO:157, and an A6:344 on my second place 1314 so my possible best is 1396. This is likely because I go to Solar instead of Sector X as my normal route, so I think I'll try a run and see how it turns out.
