Well, the ultimate goal of TASVideos is making entertaining videos. I believe no one is going to question the decision of not doing 1/1 all the time due to speed/entertainment tradeoff.

Yeah, just saw the commentary. Yeah, the intro is unnecessary is this case, and the voice is kinda... strange. I can't hear almost anything you say, and most of the time isn't that relevant. But it is a lovable try. It would be nice to have a "commentary team", selecting people able to talk about the games, and including a commentary track in the .mkv s. Of course, the author should have commentary priority, but if the author can't comment for some reason, he can write a "script".

....wow... looks really great. The only thing that kinda bothers me is the charged up spam, but then again it's necessary.

I'll copy and pasted what I wrote in the locked topic: 1- Your run if FAR better, but still not optimized. You made some mistakes unacceptable for a TAS, like taking damage in some places not needed, missing some jumps... 2- 16-run star? Why?

If you post something about Mario 64, do it there 2- Your run if FAR better, but still not optimized. You made some mistakes unaceptable for a normal speedrun, like taking damage in some places, missing some jumps. TASing it only make it worse 3- 16-run star? Why? 4- When I saw Super Mario 63, I tought it was about the Rom Hack. Almost a shame.

God, the NES Tetris ending gives me nightmares. Mario's jump is weird, Luigi try to dance but fails. While I can understand Pit playing a violin and Link playing a flute, why Samus is playing a cello? Not to mention DK PUNCHING the tambourine (or something like that). BUt the worse thing is Bowser. Just look at his eyes. They're empty, soulless. And that grin. Oh, that grin. He looks like he's planning about how to kill you at your sleep. I still thinks GB version is the better one.

I LOVE this game. But there's a problem about it: There's, like, a million games using that engine, with different tweaks each game. It's worse than Tetris. Yeah, I vote yes for this one, I like it and stuff. But how the site will react if someone try another version?

Well, I like this, fast-packed as most MMX games are, except a little buggier. And the autosave is a mood killer Yes vote. The run was quite extreme.

And that's how I believe fighting game TAS should be done. Not about just showing techniques and combos, but doing it with style. Literally "playing around" with the game, showing how quirky the A.I. can be, choosing wisely which characters should appear in the movie, and showing as much as the game has to offer without getting bored. In Mortal Kombat series (expect 1) it's easier, just choose Shang Tsung and do whatever you like. I believe you chose well. A good match of CPU and 2P fights, interesting characters (when you picked Juggernaut I thought it would suck a lot, then it all made sense in the fight). I read in some places that Magneto and Storm are cheap in this game, and if it's right, not choosing them was great too. The run had some twists too, and that's amazing. I thought, when I first saw, that the run would be predictable, with chacracters just tagging for kicks, then Juggernaut and Ken surprised me. Strong yes vote

Wow, great video. The Ken X Charlie and Sabretooth sure got me hanging, and even had a twist! Not to mention the awesome Juggernaut combo. That's some impressive stuff here.
