• 27690 — you could take a missile refill here instead of doing it at the bottom of the shaft. • 29990 — you could wait a bit here and shoot a spore flying in the bottom-left corner to drop a missile refill, then grab it on the next turn, which would allow you to clear the left side a turn earlier, effectively saving another two seconds or so. Needless to say, the rest of the run makes saliva drip from my open mouth.
By the time I realised I needed the refill, I was at the bottem of the shaft and it was either health or nothing from that enemy ^Tourain Flashback^ EDIT: I cant get that enemy to give me a misile drop anyway I'll get started on that

You mean the seconds counter resets every minute? That doesn't sound like a problem to me. But I think going by real-time is better for this game.
yeah, look here 03000152

I'll tell you the improvements over 0% possible 140 frames on Arachnus with 1 Missile Tank or 175 with 2 330 frames per Missile Tank on Yakuza 330 frames per Missile Tank on Nettori 330 frames per Missile Tank on Nightmare and Probably 70-140 frames on Ridley Bringing up a total of 1305 frames, minus the time taken to get them

As well as what moozooh said 85760 (After the missile tank): You unmorphed, when you should have jumped (yes, it's also quicker with morph ball) 86097 (Bombing): You just went into the wall... Just before Serris it's quicker to pull yourself up than to jump

The in-game timer is at 03000139 have 8 bit and decimal display on Oh yeah the SA-X chase sucked, there's also other frame imperfections that don't matter because of Zazabi

Edit: To find the ingame timer, you need to search the memory (in VBA: "Cheats —> Search for cheats...") for addresses which increment according to the timing (eg. every 60 frames for ingame seconds, every 3600 frames for minutes, etc.).
Wrong, there are 64 frames in an ingame second. Also at the moment I've only found Zero Mission's and the Japanese Fusion's ingame timer

If you smash the button down so it springs up quicker and alternate hands that takes 2 factors down

  • Your Arachnus fight was still 1 frame slower than it should be
  • I love the Core-X end, but you should of shot or span after the message
  • You didn't shoot after getting the missile tank after the Atmospheric Stabilizer
  • In the Eye-Door room; the Crumble Blocks, the Morph Unmorph.
  • Why did you shoot in the Eye-X room (obviously you turn faster), but it just seemed too unnecessary
  • And why did you shoot in the 4th Atmospheric Stabilizer room
  • Nice little glitch sound effect in the Pre-Energy Tank Room
EDIT:Didn't mean to press post

but it would be better if you use Original NES Version, not SNES. I recommend it because all SMB runs are made over NES, So why this one at SNES?
Because in the snes version of the game, you only need to get through the game warp less to do world 9 In the nes version you have to get through the game ~8 times without dieing
