I couldn't accept a submission which states "more entertaining" given the nature of the game, you couldn't possibly make it more entertaining while not losing time.
No, seriously, it's possible. However, it won't be "whoaaaaaaaaa that's outstanding" but still a little better.

It's not because it can't be faster that it can't look better. Anyway, it was just a propositon. I thought Hero of the day wanted to have better movies on this site. I guess I am wrong or maybe he just don't want his name associated with my name. Anyway, his real motives are obscure. I think I will continue working on some better game than losing my time posting here.

I do remember Michael Fried's SMB3 movie rejected because Morimoto's movie was better even though MF's video was faster.

If I took your warpless SMB movie, copied it frame by frame except I added in one "new" event which was considered more entertaining than what you and Genisto did, then submitted it as "by Fabian, Phil & Genisto", would you have a problem with that?
I don't have any problems. But I would want it to tell me before like I did with herooftheday. I could even help you if you want. Btw, do you have some ideas to make it look better?

Laughing_gas: I didn't want to obsolete his run. I just wanted the movie to looks better. Theoritically, it should be "Played by Hero of the day and Phil. Côté" but reality is different.

Umm, no Phil. It's precedent here. If you can't beat my time, then my run is better.
Don't mix potatoes with bananas. How old are you? 10 years? because the " He did this, why can't I" is so childish. Btw, now I know you are an hypocrite. I wish you good luck in your career as politician.

Fuck that. A good movie doesn't mean fast as possible. And it's clearly stated in guidelines and such. Anyway, my opinion is that this is a "pride movie" I did voted too quickly. I vote No now. They ask me to be more cooperative, I try to be like they wish and they put a wall in my face. FU.

I say the movie CAN be more entertaining. You didn't even watch the movie and you are saying it's impossible. Imo, it's the lame way to say my video is perfect like it is.

The truth is that I think the movie could be more entertaining. By "Playing with death" and some other imaginative moves. I ask him: <PhilCote> But if I don't beat you which I suspect, but the movie looks entertaining. Will you have any objection that I submit the run as "Played by Hero of the day and Phil. Côté" ?" <herooftheday> I dunno phil Then later: <PhilCote> So do you accept my proposition? <herooftheday> sorry phil, I don't think this type of game lends itself to differences in entertainment. I have to decline your offer. From a guy that want cooperation to create better movies, it doesn't look so.

Wow nice discovery. I am voting yes. Though you didn't played with death. When I red it was 8 seconds faster, I thought it was a similar trick like the Atari version but it's a little different. I wonder why no one had found it before. It can be done at full speed. At least, I never claim it to be perfect but JXQ's gang is still happy.

Lagdotcom: I have no lesson to receive from a "member" of JXQ's orgy. Edit:

What do you mean? No one said sorry here.

"Obvious mistakes, voting no / meh" and then aim for improving the movies yourself, which is totally stupid in my mind, since that will take you at least 3 - 5 weeks, and it would (hopefully) only have taken the author 1 - 2 days to hex-edit it if you would have told them about it. .
Telling there are errors is stupid? Voting No is stupid? And improving a movie is stupid? From your logic, we would have kept older flawed movies and no voting system. And no it wouldn't take 1-2 days. Also, why didn't you said that you were improving it, because that's about Bionic Commando , and where are the mistakes? So maybe someone could have done a better movie than you. The things are that You and JXQ are thowing rocks and you are worse.

I make an exception with Phil's English ever since he treated other members like idiots for not understanding what HE says. This post was the breaking point. It was edited to say "Maybe I must draw a picture", because I honestly couldn't figure out exactly what he was trying to say. He replaced "my" with "your" or some extreme error. So now I'm the idiot because I can't decipher his badly translated/worded posts?
Wow, you are at the top of the most stupid guy on earth. I rememember we had a private discussion after that and it's end up "We are friends". You just prove to everybody that you are hypocrite. Btw, you are loser and hypocrite= A person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings.

So, I'm sorry for the way I've been posting, I hope you don't think I'm being sarcastic. One thing I should clarify is why I put that quote in my signature: I (along with most people on the board, I'm guessing) give those who don't have English as a first language or have trouble with English the benefit of the doubt. I think you can admit that the wording of your post I was confused about was, in fact, confusing. Since we were in the middle of an argument, maybe it seemed like I was just attacking you, but I genuinely didn't understand.
Hypocrite. Hypocrite.

So that sentence was pure lie. That's not what you thought.

Yes, it seems so. You fooled me. And when I think my judging rights were removed because of assface like you...

JXQ: I never said lies = hypocrite. And yes, a liar is usually an hypocrite. hypocrite= A person who pretends to be good, pious or sympathetic without really being so. So you are...

Phil, this personal crusade against JXQ seems unwarranted. What did he ever do to you? Anyway, this is unrelated to the thread's topic, so please post it somewhere else.
Read earlier, Rbi Thread, his Bionic Commando, adelikat's dd2 submission threads and so on. He is my enemy.

Now, I am starting donation to whoever beats all JXQ's run. I am starting with 100 US dollars. I will increase the amount by 20 dollars every month. As for SMB3 warpless, I will give a bonus of $50 because it's longer to do.

No, I know what it means. In this case, instead of "DIRECTLY" saying that I am lying, you are making some detour to do so. That's hypocrite. You even posted in some other thread to insult me, like RBI game thread and some others. You are hypocrite.

That "pride movie" thread is just a pretext to hunt witches. That's stupid. Saturn, continue your run and don't feel hurt from what "hunters" are saying.

The idea is good but no. I admit that I didn't tested and I won't because the only star available is not well located. Doing so would mean to stop Mario moving. Worse, maybe move back.
