Paperboy is a nice choice but I think you must also obtain the highest score as possible by throwing gazette at people, window, tombstones etc... Well what makes you the highest score. My recommendation is Paperboy 2 on Snes.

- LOZ/Adventure of Link controlled by me, he is invincible. Signature that is higher than 255 characters: You love eggs, mines are BIO. All my chickens eat fresh(alive) moulded cow, horses and rats bones. My competitors are using rotten moulded dogs, cats and worms bones mixed with some rusty iron powder and burnt rubber. That's NOT BIO. Hurry up and buy mines. *Limited time offer.

Many people made requests for those games.

If you search in rejected submissions page, you will find a movie of that game. I would like someone to TAS "Palette Test by Loopy". Note that Famtasia doesn't pass the test so use FCEU. :P

Since the hero is a THIEF, I take the right to remove the "best ending" tag. Otherwise, good run but improvable.

Are they perfect? I don't think so.

In no particular order. Saving Private Ryan Braveheart Lord of the rings 1-3 Ghostbusters The terminator (I preferred the 1st one over the 2nd mainly when the terminator is making carnage at police dept.) Legends of the fall Stalingrad All Nightare on Elm Street movies and all Friday the 13th movies. Including Freddy VS Jason. I probably miss some other good ones.

The main reason I didn't start any tas using FBA is the missing "Start from power" and some other new features that are in FCEU and other emu we use. Evidently, if someone works on this, he should use the latest source.

It's mainly because we use up-to-date x264 encoder with new features added which old mplayer version can't handle. My recommendation is that you update mplayer(via CVS) at least once per month. But now, keep the new prerelease version since it's only 2 days old. :)

I won't vote because I know Nick Bruiser can be beaten in around 7:5x. I remember Genisto testing this fight and managed to do that time. He thought he could even do better but for some reasons, probably because of SMB2 runs, he stopped working on this game. And for some unlucky reasons, he lost the movie file. :s Oh no, Samurai Goroh, the strat is different than your since I already saw your video, well the one on your site, which was ~ 8:08 or something like that. And Genisto's strat is not the same.

How about using MPlayer 1.0pre8 release!!? Also, how about trying to update mplayer frequently so you won't have any problems!!? I don't understand people having problems. STAY UP-TO-DATE GUYS.

I'm all for making a warpless TAS of this game, but I'm not convinced of the quality of this movie. I realize the possibility that some of the tricks that work on FDS SMB2j don't work in SNES Lost Levels, but upon first watching, I got the feeling that this movie can be improved. How much, I can't say for sure. Maybe 2 seconds, maybe 5 seconds. Or maybe just 10 frames. Voting "meh".
Like Bisqwit said, it's imperfect. I told the author some suggestions like trying to improve 1-1 to end at 349 instead of 348 and 1-2 is not done professionally. I don't see those changes in the final movie. Though he tooks the fireflower at 1-3 like suggested which did improved 1-4 by a little. Even if the movie has been published, I am voting no.

So no, it CANNOT be compared to Phil & Genisto's SMB runs. Unless you claim our movies were so imperfect.

Ok, I am trying this since it seems more promising than compiling in Linux. I got up to the make step and then I get a bunch of errors referencing drivers/win/input.h and drivers/win/input.c.
You are missing Windows api or DirectX libraries.

Now, guess why I was harsh with Luke.... I knew this scenario would happen. And Phil is too.... and too .... Now, swallow your tongue and deal with it. My recommendation is that Nitsuja restart from zero or another REAL serious guy (or group). Edit: It seems, at least, the source is available. Thanks to FractalFusion which seems to have kept the source that can't be easily compiled using standard method which I once have and erased :P.

Why SMAS + SMW? That's s...y :P At 1-1, it is slower by 1 timeunit compared to me and Genisto's WIP. Any good reasons? At 1-2, I prefer our version because we did not just walking and enter the pipe. At 1-3, we took the flower there because we tested and judged that it is better. 1-4 is improvable.

As far as I know, 0.98.17 is the latest version.... but Luke didn't make the change in the about box. Edit: I was wrong. Luke did released 0.98.16 then 0.98.17 then 0.98.16b. It is rather confusing.
