I've got problems encoding this video. Probably because when mixing my logo with the movie, the filesize become larger than 4 GB which M$ filesystem sucks handling that. So, I will let someone else do the job.
Voting No because you don't like the game is o_O. What's wrong if he played it flawlessly? Donkey Kong is boring but is more popular than supposed "excellent" games here. Popeye is also a classic.
Well, I find some flaws but I was expecting to use some tricks that no one have tried before. I am currently testing. I don't promise that it will be done soon. Testing things requires hours of work. I've passed many days testing things at 1-3, 2-1 and 2-2 when Donamer said that he did improved 1-2.
Today, I've tested many things at 1-1 but all failed :(
I will probably be faster than Donamer but don't expect much improvements, especially if I can't find a new trick that can work correctly.
Imo, the Question should be " In your opinion, does this movie achieve its goal accurately?" Because people may vote NO at "Did you like watching this movie?" question because they think the game itself is boring. Imo, all games should be accepted even if they are boring. But well, I am not owning the site.
It's true I am little unhappy but well, that's part of the game. Being bad loser isn't the solution.
Personally, I don't care if the movie is published or not because I will beat him. But it may take long to do. I need to test several things. But luckily, I already started the run a couple days ago. Now, I must do the warpless and warp version. If only he would have accepted to send me his WIP run...

It seems to me that the fact that there's been so much effort invested in this game already is a *reason* why improvements these days are only on the order of a few frames.
That's true.

Stylistically, I did notice that when Toad throws the Flurry before getting the spaceship in 6-1, the Flurry remains on the ledge instead of falling into the water as in previous runs. Maybe it takes more skill to keep him up there? I don't know. I kind of liked watching the little guy commit hari kiri.
You probably mean 4-1 and I did the same thing. It doesn't require special abilities to do that.

I dont understand. Why didnt you say this when Phil improved Sleepz run by merely 30-35 frames? Could you see the difference between those runs? I doubt that. Phil did not show anything new, he improved a few jumps, thats all.
No, I did 36 frames faster. Differences were noticeable and I did not improved by just doing better jumps. It's more complicated than that.

Shouldn't Phil/Sleepz be more newbie than the so-called newbie since their time was beaten? Hooray elitism.
As you can notice, many levels are similars. Doing his warpless version, 2 times longer and 2 times more experience than my first attempt at this game and studying my video, obviously, helps him to beat me.
In conclusion, what he found will be very useful in my future movies. There's some things that I wouldn't find myself like apparently moving down with the carpet can help you to jump a little earlier but there's other things that doesn't surprised me like the digging part at 6-1 and improvement at 7-1.
Oh and as promised, I am voting yes.
I think if you find a bug, unless you are force-bruting, will make computer programs temporary pointless. But for Monopoly it is probably the fastest but who knows ... ;)
Phil, since the token moves only 6 spaces instead of 10 the animation sequence is slightly shorter.
Yes, true. I didn't thought of it myself because what you did makes the AVI longer but since the rule for Monopoly is to stop your movie as soon as possible, you did the best choice.
So, you are 49 frames faster. Not bad.
And how buying Oriental avenue can be faster? I guess luck manipulation but isn't animation for buying it loses your time?
