I have thought doing something that can lower my total time. But I will test it later after some timeattack on Snes. :p

I don't think it is a good idea to obtain the elbow when we first encounter the Abobos in stage 3 . It will slower the run and it will be tempting to use the elbow attack until the end of the game which I think can be boring to watch.

No I'm talking my total time. It's evident the 1st stage will be a little faster but stage 3 and 4 will it be faster?

if you want the elbow attack earlier you should consider using punches then :O
Punches are very slow compared to kick.I'm pretty sure it can't be beaten if you are sure it can be beaten then show me proof.

The problem is if I do this is, does it really save time? If I do this I will have less EXP so will obtained the elbow attack later like in the final fight which I think will lose some time since I have hitted 2 Chin at once.So gained a lot more exp than hitting just 1 enemy.

Well I have done one in about 2 month but I just deleted it.This game should not be published on Bisqwit main page. But how about Twin Cobra in 2 player mode? This game have an ending and is better than Tiger Heli.

phil do u know contra 3 well? watch my zsnes movie on hard mode maybe u can get something out of it, just a warmup hehe. i love that game. and top gear too, but i don't know if i timeattack would be interesting cause the fastest time possible can be done without resavings.... http://members.lycos.co.uk/uobforum/phpBB2/index.php
Ok thx I will check it. For Top gear I am thinking of some hard tracks like Bordeaux , not all the game.I'm pretty sure with re-record I can beat the world record.

I'd like to see someone do a run on the NES version of CV3 rather than Akumajou Densetsu. Reason being that the NES version is on several occasions much harder... 1. Cyclops boss is more aggressive. 2. Damage taken by enemies is stage-dependant rather than enemy-dependant. 3. Mummy bosses shoot up-down wavering projectiles. 4. Final pendulums during last stage have bats flying around them. 5. Special weapons (especially Sypha's) seem to do less damage although I could be wrong. 6. Dracula's 3rd form: lasers he shoots are 3 times longer than Famicom version. 7. Headless swordsmen attack more often, making them some of the toughest enemies in the game. There are many other ways which I can't think of right now, but by all accounts the NES version is the definitive skill experience despite the Famicom having better music. I can play through Akumajou Densetsu on normal speed without getting hit while Dracula's Curse throws me every time. Not to say that Phil and Genisto's movies aren't impressive to say the least. ;)
I'm waiting your Akumajou Densetsu speedrun and no re-recording is allowed.Btw it is the same game except the sound is better in the japanese version.

Here's my list of games that I planned to do : Super Double Dragon Final Fight (ALL) Super Castlevania 4 and Dracula X Contra 3 (2 player with Genisto) Battletoads in Battlemaniacs (2 player with Genisto) Battletoads & DouBle Dragon (2 player with Genisto) Shin Nekketsu Kouha - Kunio-tachi no Banka (2 player with Genisto) I am thinking some Top Gear track Timeattack like player 1 Excitebike. I think that's enough for now

I'm redoing this game and I promise a sub 10 minutes run.Playing Double Dragon 3 reminds me of a strategy that can improve my time.

Do you know how many times it happens for us? At least 200 times.Especially at level 7 where it happens every 5 seconds of gameplay.
