It is possible that the video was made using the Sega Saturn version. I doubt it is the Playstation version since that one tends to have ridiculous lag.

Please try to understand, they WANT your tool-assisted speedrun. But they also want it to be even better, flashier, and much more awesome so it can be something to TRULY be proud of!
understand....but I was annoyed by saying that games do not bring the fight entertainment
I think that glitch is not required on the games style SFT
