Enable "Advanced Bus-Level Timing" in Emulation Setting dialog. Those sync settings are written in DSM, but DeSmuME just ignores most of them, so you need to set appropriate setting by yourself.
Ah. I was using an outdated DeSmuME. Thanks! Looks great so far.

Once again I can't play the .dsm file. It stalls on the language selection screen for some reason. :/

If Tiki had one, he wouldn't need to fake speedruns for fame online. Or, even better, if his runs were legit, he would not act so defensive when accused fake. @ShadowWraith: yeah, it does matter. "hmm lets speed up this thing... or even better, just play a TASed video on the stream!"
"lets play a TASed video on the stream, except now i have to memorise everytime i die, and make genuine commentary for how i'm doing on each boss, oh and i have to include resetting the console and changing games when i get bored and fiddling with my dvd recorder if my harddrive is full..." and so on. >_>

Streams can be sped up as much as someone wants them to be... And at moozooh: wat?
Speeding up streams doesn't work when you have to do commentary based on viewer-participation. :)

moozooh: Not true about seeing him 'live', Tiki wasn't at the marathon, he streamed from his home because he wasn't able to get there. However, he does livestreams of his speedrun attempts regularly and it's pretty obvious he's legit. His current speedrun MMX any% has the voicecommentary that he recorded while streaming the attempt which I know for a fact was done while he was doing the run because I was there for it. This DevilSpree dude is just envious or something. Also if you need first hand proof for every single one of your doubts to be satisfied like you're implying with the "buy me a ticket or stfu" comments, then that's a little bit sad.

However, half of the first part on Nicovideo doesn't want to play for me and the rest looks really bad in quality compared to the other 3 parts. Could you fix? I want to see the rest of that, even if it isn't optimized.
That part is also on youtube in two parts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjF-kEwJBKw - Part 1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1eQXjnBY88 - Part 2

I couldn't get the DSM to sync properly. It desynched right at the language selection screen and didn't get any better from there. Edit: Watched the nico version. Looks really nice, hope you get around to optimising it and submitting it at some point. :)

I'd say if you could do it from within the game, go nuts. Doing it before you've even started the game means you're playing a different game entirely.

After watching the first 12 roads of this, I'm finding it very hard to stay interested. The music is probably the best thing about it for me. Meh vote.

Voted yes. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Laughed out loud at the Gerudo Valley when Link played an Ocarina with a Bomb for a head. Compare it to the current run, not some mythical "super-run from the future". You can do better. Good for you. I found this one great to watch, and think it should be published. And the J rom complainers should clean the sand out of their vaginas. That is all.

Nice improvement, very entertaining movie. The sound made when Max uses the Atomic Drop is so satisfying. Yes vote.

I found this game really dull to watch. It just didn't feel like there was very much going on.

Aktanusa's encode was pretty glitchy for me, but I watched it on Emu and it looked pretty entertaining. I remember playing this game as a kid and loving it. Yes vote.

Desynched for me at the same place it desynched when I was watching your WIP. (Around frame 46000, during the fight with the boss of mission 5.) Shame. :(

Okay but just to annoy you and because I'm kind of a dick I'm going to make a ton of fake accounts just to vote on your submissions then post about it. What now?

So why did you cancel your submission? By that logic people could use new accounts to grief you, by voting on your submission causing you to cancel.. etc.
