mario64 70 stars? Banjo Kazooie? Mario Party? Goldeneye? N64 is the most interesting console atm.. If you want SNES.. I would recommend some DKC, or Super Mario Kart.. In NES we have SMB Lost Levels.. Make your choice!

I still think Obvious Man could beat Captain Obvious in a fight.
He would probably be beat by Master of The Obvious http://uplink.space.com/attachments/405459-master_obvious.jpg

Here's my best ever completion time of Kokiri Forest. I don't know what I do that would be much different from Guamo, but here's my tactics for Kokiri Forest. From gaining control to activating Hyrule scene I took roughly 16:50. This also shows how feeble humans are compared to TAS runners. Sorry about the quality it was a heavilly compressed file. http://files.filefront.com/zelda_beta_run1avi/;5045393;;/fileinfo.html
The movie has some green stripes on it. Does this happens just with me?

It was me, sorry, I was sure I voted on YES. Its a false-meh vote. If the admins can delete it I could vote properly on YES. The movie is well improved, very nice.

Okay, here is my fastest route so far in the Wasteland. Also for the chicken jump over the gate. It was much easier and maybe faster the way I did it in this WIP. http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/1112/THE%20LEGEND%20OF%20ZELDA%20%28USA%29.m64 Tell me whatcha think

Relax Phill, chill man :D I just voted today, I actually watched when it was released but forgot to vote, a YES VOTE from me. Unlike Phil I think it is very good. Seems pretty smooth to me. But, I'm not the one who decides wich movie goes to the Published forum and wich one is eaten by a grue =P

Looks like no one has posted this yet. Here is the link to the discussion of episode 2 run in 3DR boards: http://forums.3drealms.com/vb/showthread.php?t=17057
I was waiting for it to hit google videos before I posted it :) Ep2: Download high quality version here: http://thepiratebay.org/details.php?id=3473658 (it says 0 seeders/leechers, but ignore that, also ignore that the title says episode 1 -- my typo) Google video: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...+Nukem&pl=true
bad google video link here is the correct one: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8046373278502232074

The secret aquarium didn't have rings of coins to catch. it was just forward swimming. Mario can swim fast forwards, but when it comes to turning he is a disaster.
Got it. Thanks for explaining =P Oh, and the jumping part of getting the red coins was AMAZING. And OMG, 3 stars os the same room, who would think of that? I'm going to sleep now, it is late. You should do it too ;D [ ]'s

yea it's water, there isn't much that can be done. mario turns slowly in the water.
Still, the Secret Aquarium seemed faster than that.. But I think it was to avoid lag, right? I think that if we always look from behind it looks smoother.. [ ]'s

Ok, tell me if there's any big mistake in this: http://rapidshare.de/files/18363000/supermario64-foda-120stars-wip-v98.zip.html the movie has 50 stars, and is entering SSL now. then LLL, then Mips, then HMC, then reenter HMC, exit and up to second floor. I also tried a star at SSL but it was much slower than spezzafer. oh, and the savestate slot 9 starts at big boo's courtyard, after getting the 7 stars there.
I don't know, but this last part don't look smooth.. Don't know why, but you getting the coins in Dire Dire Dock (the water part) doesn't seemed TASed.. But, despite this and SSL 1st star (=P), your run is very good! keep it up

What? You don't need save data to play on 00 Agent difficulty. It should be available on the first level and any other level if all levels before it were completed on 00 Agent.
How could I forget such a thing? So, that's it! GoldenEye 007 - Completion in 00 Agent Now we need someone to do it! =P

I say go for the Mini Game Island run first and see how it goes. If it gets a lot of positive reviews, then go for the 100-star run.
I don't think it will take too long. If I had a GamePad I would try myself..

Humm maybe just a single-segmented fishing it at 00 Agent, using a SRAM? I think that the SRAM would be allowed..

Well the good thing of clearing some stage on DLTK is actually clear it. But if you use emulator, I don't think it counts. This movie was boring to me. Wren's idea is good, I would like to see that too. And then in the end you enter on the Cheat page and type the codes very fast (the L/R + whatever ones). It would be very nice.

Well, the file worked fine for me. Saw the whole run and it was very entertaining. I think that it would be better to see a full run of this game that collects all the cheats, however. ^_^

About the princess slide record while turning during the course, I remember asking in the thread and nobody answered, i searched on the internet, asked on the gamefaqs board, and nothing, so i left it the way i got. I think it's not the fastest method because you do a 180° turn AFTER the timer started counting, whereas with the 12'3" strategy, you do only a 90° turn after the timer starts counting.
is it going to stay this way?
