Well, your 0 in "return (0)" should not be in parenthesis. Other than that, I don't know.

btw, how on earth do you change x-men right after beating a level and in the starting room, I've seen it done in some WIPs, didn't catch the input.
The only way I know how is to duck down and press punch. There is a block that flashes blue, kind of, that you need to punch in order to switch. Good luck on the speedrun, I can't wait to see such a wonderful (and unbeaten by me) game dominated real-time!

Voted Yes. Beautiful.

What does that future and past stuff do, BTW?
There are some machines that need to be destroyed in the future/past. Only one appears in a zone (usually zone 2 iirc, but it can be seen in zone one too. NEVER in zone 3). They are needed, along with the emeralds, for the 100% "good ending"

That isn't good. Although we are only a percent or five from a rat (or something like that) a big ass ape should resemble at least a bit of monkey or, best case, human.

Well, there isn't a "best WIP" at all, 'mad put his work on hold for this game and I followed suite. I believe that gens10 supports re-record after reset, as upthorn was talking about adding it to the new release. Although I would love to work on this, my job is raping my free time right now. Luckily, there is only 2 weeks left before school starts and I will not have to work 40 hours a week ^_^

Yet another bossy spider run that was entertaining, plus an excellent improvement! Yes vote'd!

As I began my post with "I am about to flip a coin," I tried to come up with reasons I should vote yes as opposed to meh. Sadly I couldn't come up with any. The boss fights were the highlight of this run, however the fights lasted a couple seconds as opposed to the couple minutes of high flying, web slinging action... of course, that type of action eventually bores. If there had been a little more running around kicking some ass, I might have given this a yes (it was a very weak yes, very strong meh). Sorry bossy, don't tie me up with web and have your way with me! *assumes the position*

So, on the news, a Sasquatch's (aka Bigfoot) body has been apparently found. Although I am not caught up in the news, I was wondering what you all thought of this. Ploy? Truth? After I do some more reading I, too, will comment... but I was curious about all of your takes on this news.

No it isn't. It's been released because the Megamix Team is no longer a team.

Heh, I was actually working on this run... about a year ago ;P I may actually work on it now, knowing that someone else has an interest in it. Your movie looked good, but it needs some optimizing and searching for the RAM address for the boss' life.

Yes. Search for a snow bros. topic, and, if none surface, create a new topic in the Genesis forum.

Also something else I forgot to mention in the text (doesn't affect the movie though)... The JP version of this game has the same unskippable scenes as the US version, but also includes another 500-frame unskippable pre-intro (the company's logo). The US version omits that, and instead cuts right to the chase. So maybe that helps to balance the 2 versions a little.
I think a good idea would be to hex-edit this run into the japanese run, and see if using that sword actually saves more than 500 frames on the Japanese ROM. If so, then I would say submit that run, otherwise the U version would be fine. I wish you had said something earlier, I would have with held my vote ;)

I was entertained, it was a good movie. I just don't know what to vote. Should this movie be published? Yes. Should this movie be made as fast as possible? Yes. Would this movie be faster with the J version? Yes. Could this movie be easily obsoleted if someone used the J version? Apparently yes. I think I have to vote a no, sadly.

Scrubs?
scrubs noun updated millenium definition: guys who are not ambitious. They may have a job and a car but they are content with not climbing the corporate/career ladder. They are usually do not care about their physique/appearance/clothing. Basically, men who do not like to take care of themselves. Rick was your typical scrub: always arriving at work 10 mins. late with his unkempt appearance and fastfood breakfast. #7

Don't TAS on a cruise! Enjoy the possibility of the Titanic 2, and all things good like, say, sun or something... staying inside is boring ;P

If you use itunes, right click on the files, select "Info" and there is a selection for Gapless audio. Other than that, I don't know if there _is_ a way

Great job, you two! An amazing run that was entertaining to watch. Now, to simply break the game... only time will tell how broken it will become. FOR ALL THOSE HAVING TROUBLE After talking to Upthorn, I found out that if only using the .iso you must have 34 tracks of music in the same folder. He explains it better: <Upthorn>stickyman05__: check the directory you have your sonic cd ISO in do you see 34 mp3s labelled xxxxx 02.mp3 through xxxxx 35.mp3 (where xxxxx.iso is your sonic cd ISO name) Upon asking him why the movie does not function without the music: <Upthorn> it's not that it doesn't function without the music <Upthorn> it's that the CD has to have the correct number of tracks <Upthorn> and gens doesn't know how to figure that out except by the number of mp3s <stickyman05__> would I be able to put 34 random beatles songs in the directory, rename them XXX 02.mp3 and call it good, for instance? <Upthorn> yeah

Did you enable that sega cd sound synch thing, bkDJ? I did, and it didn't work for me, so maybe you didn't and it still didn't work? Note: I used version 1 bios for both US and Japan

Well, from what I saw I would vote yes. However, for both the U and J roms, the game desynched on the second level of the second stage... I don't know why and I tried to troubleshoot but failed. I will withhold my vote until A) I figure it out B) A youtube C) The publish
