Isn't this one of the fated Star Wars games that refuses to emulate? If not, yeah, this run would be great (and more dizzifying than Turok!) I still haven't beaten that fucker...grrr

What if we began to compress, via 7-zip or even winzip, the movie files? Although it would still take as much bandwidth to begin with, smaller files means quicker downloads, means more idle bandwidth in the end.

I am gonna give this a weak yes. Not interesting to me, but I think this is a great play through, that many others will enjoy. Why are there leprechauns? And why did the king have a heart attack?

Although I love Azureus, it would be nice if it didn't take more RAM than twelve genesis emulators running memory watch... [/bad joke] Not to question you, Bisqwit, but I am curious. Have you done research into which client would work best for your situation? As I said, I don't intend to attack, but if there is a faster/better/memory-cheaper client out there...

I've never even heard of this game or seem gameplay until now, so I have no real input on the game. The WIP looked pretty cool though so I'd say go for it.
You have no idea how much this game rocked... I prayed to the heavens that my parents would buy it for me, but alas they did not. (thank god for friends). Trust us, darth.. but if you cannot trust us, trust the Force. [and the Force says the game rules ;P]

Uh. Some people have moral standards too, like 'trying not to break the law'. Encouraging people to download the ROM is probably a no-no for a site like this, too.
I will edit it out, but it frustrated me due to his "I am too lazy to do anything but download a torrent, even though there are other ways that at quicker and easier than downloading and waiting for a torrent" attitude.

I have been in contact with BoltR about uploading things to archive.org. It appears I must have an administrator account, however, to do what needs to be done. As soon as I get an email from the archive.org people AND get an admin account, I will be taking over the uploading.

I'm probably not the only one who can't be bothered to install 10 emulators for various systems and download the ROMs, just to have a quick look at how someone completes a game I used to play back then without wanting to play it myself.
Patience is a virtue, but if you really can't wait to watch a movie, take the significantly small amount of time to download the emulator and movie, so why not stop complaining about being too bothered to use the quicker way to watch movies. It is pure laziness.

Honestly, all he does is complain. Cry me a river, but I could not care less about your work load. Your job is to play and review games, a job many other young adults get wet dreams over. Love it or leave it, but don't bitch about it.

250 euros of cheap ;) I agree with blublu here, Guitar hero entertains me, but I would love to be able to play guitar on a real guitar without needing to be in front of the tv.

To be honest, I don't know why you guys are so excited about these games anyway. I would never want to master a game where you "play" a fake guitar, I would much rather spend the same amount of time learning to play a real guitar. That's why I'm kinda excited about Guitar Rising. In it, you plug a real electric guitar into your computer, and you can actually learn to play songs for real.
Holy shit! If only they had the option to learn bass guitar on that game... T_T But, damn, talk about a great way to learn guitar!

I just thought of something; could it be because the dollar is much weaker than the Euro? If they spend $100 american money to make the game and accesories, and sell for $160, that is a $60 profit. But if they spend $100 and sell for 160 Euro, they will lose money. Although an extreme markup, and admittedly not knowing how the euro vs. dollar are doing, I cannot say for certain... but it seems feasible. EDIT: Chamale may be right. The logic involved with my argument is, and always has/will blow my mind, so my argument may be moot. EDIT2: I lose at conversions.

Well, according to Adelikat, it only needs to be unzipped and installed. I would say try downloading it again, from here or, more specifically, a direct download at free-codecs.com Try those, see if they work

I dont know about GB/GBC, but GBA/DS have a "hold down x buttons to reset." IIRC, though, GBA was the first to have this feature. Doesn't the movie use a hard reset, though?

I can't get a screen shot or capture, but ~3500, when Abu is running around on spikes, I think that a good published-picture would be when Aladdin is injured by those same spikes that god dammed, invincible monkey is running on. Just as Aladdin had taken damage, not when he is eating his own crotch and shoving his ass in a soldier's face. Then again, Aladdin shoving his ass in a guard's face is relatively entertaining... XD

VG: Could it be that YOU are the reason they are easy? I know that Mario Kart wii was easy as hell for me to get used to, getting stars and 1st place by the 3rd cup race. My girlfriend took 5 days to get good at it. Could we, as gamers, have an easier time figuring out and completing new games? Especially having gamed for 16 years, I KNOW I have an easier time with games than I did when I first got my genesis.

Bad news, Kyrsimys, the wii version will suck. Crappy graphics (looks just like PS2), no downloadable content, and a severly washed out experience. Basically, they ported the damn thing from PS2 instead of taking the time to get some of the great features that the 360 version has... and, honestly, it isn't _that_ great of a game... :(

And then I wonder, why aren't gamers running this business? Why are we [and that site] not taken seriously? I call for an uprising! THIS IS TASVIDEOS! NOW, WHO IS WITH ME?!

I think the biggest problem would be once this movie gets special treatment, a la animated gif, then why should game x not get an animated gif too? Pretty soon the movie page will be full of dizzying, non-sense animation, which will agitate and confuse lower life forms new viewers. Although I like the idea, I think the snowball effect that could happen would not be worth this bit of humor.

On a side note, does anyone know why even though I had it on mute, it said "Pika!" in a horribly digitized voice during the title sequence?
Maybe VBA has a thing for yellow rats, too? *GASP!* Maybe Bisqbot has a crush, too! My girlfriend's car radio has a mute all, but it only knocks the volume down 10 notches, or so. Maybe that is what is happening here?

It is mentioned in the submission text. Although you get the same result in VBA 20 too, it's just cleaner.
Yeah, for some reason it did not wish to show itself so nicely when I went a looking. However, I am confused about what you mean about VBA 20, because three roms, which matched the movie, all de-synched for me. Granted it doesn't matter, since "Use 19" is in the text.

It should be highlighted that this run uses VBA v19 ?_? I have no clue what happened, but I think I should vote yes...
