My suggestion would be to either search for a Ms. Pacman topic or create your own, and then publish WIPS, so we can critique it BEFORE you put it on the workbench. Usually <read> runs turn out better if more people voice input on what looks good and what doesn't.

It appears Nitsuja and Upthorn are robots, for they had no trouble passing Carnival Night Zone Act 2 Yes vote. Yes, it is true, I couldn't beat Sonic 3 for years... not until ~2003/4 T_T

I hate to say it, but I find zero entertainment in rockman tases... Not one of them is entertaining to me (although the X series rules, with that red dude and his sword beam thing)

awww, the saestates are not found, now, too D: I liked your classic levels, btw. I only wish they did level 1-1, and then 8-1 through 8-4... to satisfy my inner nerd.

Noticed the cool little glitch you show off after defeating the gorilla. Noticed it! Yes vote for another great game on the genesis, that has a great tas made of it.

Although somewhat small differences, I completely agree. The picture looks beautiful [tear] and the increased quality is what did it... I <3 crisp lines

*sigh* I know I will probably be flamed, but I don't agree with the actual publication text
Following the good tradition, mmbossman colors a dinosaur red… with its own blood. :)
This is, IMHO, an inside joke for the forum members only. This text makes me feel like a browser of new movies (or newbie all together) will look at this and think "Wow, that is stupid/unprofessional." I think the text is along the lines of Majora's Mask's old screen shot with the creepy guy saying "What, is this not a hard tas" Sorry for bringing it up, but I find this site to hold professionalism very high, and that doesn't seem very... professional. Flame on.

actually, I was debating over which I should post, an snes of genesis version. I chose genesis mainly because <having> the X Y L and R buttons blow my mind... too many buttons for a keyboard to handle XD There aren't very many combos in this game, as far as I could tell, and there are fewer characters in the Genesis version than SNES. Also, I completely agree that throws would get boring... yet that is the only quick, foolproof way to beat the game. Hell, even on easy, the computer blocks like a bitch 99.8% of the time. I think the game is kind of slow, as well... it just doesn't have the quick fighting style that MKII has to offer.

Ok, here is a little run of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighters. I played this on the easiest difficulty, and it is unoptimized as hell. You may want to fast forward until the first fight, because I take a long ass time on the menus and stuff. Do me a favor, and don't critique my playing, because this wasn't meant to be a serious run. The only reason I made this was to get a topic out there, gather interest, and hopefully see someone get a movie published of this crazy game. Even though I followed the guide I couldn't figure out how to do ANY of the special moves (the staff pummel was accidental at all times.) I did find that throwing is the most powerful move... although, once again, I had no idea how to do it. Anyways, I think this game deserves an attempt... what is other people's opinion?

Don't worry, bossman, I am interested. Although, 14.9999 minutes of spiderman is 14.9999 minutes too long, for my taste at least. ;)

Heh, I did the one hour thing... ~twice, total, for both Melee and brawl. Once in brawl for unlocking something <character/map or something. [I don't remember, since I just played through subspace to unlock whatever it was]> and to unlock Mewtwo in Melee. Aside from that, nope, I don't leave my system on... and yes, I do wsh to beat the TTs, Classic, Subspace and All Star with every character (or, in subspace's case, 100% goals). After the fit of addiction (must beat this, and must beat it now) I will rarely pick it up again... unless for multiplayer. Speaking of multiplayer, the lag for online sucks my balls. I don't think it is my connection, either, since my wii is connected directly to my router.

BoMF, what is that blue thing? Is it some sort of a boomerang? What is it used for/is it in the regular SMB3A? I have never seen it before ?_?

Havent watched this WIP, but yes, you are supposed to record from reset.

I realize this is somewhat boring; how can I make it more interesting? I try to maximize near misses with monsters by altering routes, but everything else I can think of would cost time. Is it worth sacrificing speed for entertainment here?
If YOU think it is boring, then it is probably boring to others. I would do the best I could to make near misses and the like as opposed to following a route for every level. Routs are so... linear. There is not much creativity, or, "near misses," thus no entertainment value to those who have never played the game before. I think you should make a decision for fastest time or sacrifices speed for entertainment... I, personally, would probably side with the latter.

I hate the new classic mode. There is absolutely no randomness to the levels to be played. Round 1: Zelda games, Round 2: Big Yoshi w/ diddy and dk, or diddy and dk versus you and yoshi, ect ect. The only randomness is whether or not you will play against wario or olimar [/dramatization] Another thing I hate is the stages... they simply are not as fun or interesting as Melee (I am looking at you, lack of a "new" hyrule castle). C'mon, a bridge? A fucking boat? I need a new temple level, but I guess I will have to play on the melee stage to get a fix :( The lack of an "automatic stage selector" is a downer, too. My friends and I only played on hyrule temple, so we had the stage automatically selected and only needed to press start to play at the level. now, unless I missed something, you have to select the stage you want to play every time. GRR! Target tests are not customized for the character anymore, just 5 stock levels that are nigh impossible for some characters. Ex: level 3, the lone bullseye that you have to hit with a projectile or Up+B, without falling down a small pit an dying. No easy feat for Ganondorf. All in all, I believe Melee is a better game. There seems to be more fluff and less action, so to speak... too much random shit gets in the way of enjoying the game as easily as Melee. Added to the fact it took me 2 weeks to beat classic with all characters (12 rounds +2 target tests are a bit much for 37 characters [3 pokemon included]).

I get thrown off by the WHOLE line moving. There are usually two bars that move down as whatever figure moves down, and it makes is difficult to focus >_> I am going to go throw up green onto a dinosaur.

I didnt understand that post*, Bisqwit, but responding to bossman's idea.. the only way, IMO, that the stubs would be more feasible is if anyone could edit the movie descriptions (just like wikipedia). That way more people could offer insight on games they loved as a kid that some people might not know well enough to make a great looking stub-text. However, I still think that we would run into the same problems that bossman pointed out, Mario would have an orgy of a good time with it's stub, while most other games would get a good effort, but nothing to write home about. * Don't bother trying to explain that link time stuff... it is all above my head ;)
