You should probably link to the emulator since it's not listed on the site.

A psycho fox who in reality is a shape shifting psycho blob, who throws a fake Badtz-Maru at random eggs, who suddenly decides he is a sumo wrestler at the end... i believe we have a winner yes vote

I've improved UG2 and UG3 for an overall improvement of 147 frames over my previous run. UG2's in-game timer is still 00:22 (around 25 frames improved) and UG3 now stands at 00:58 (for around 122 frames improvement). WIP can be found here.
The only problem i had with this wip was the wobbling while fighting the boss. i think it detracts from the movie when sonic faces left, then right then left again very quickly and multiple times in succession. aside from that, looked pretty good... good work!

I agree with your decision, truncated... regardless of how big a (supposed) dick aka is, that doesnt make his movie rock any less (i am a neutral party, so no offence to you aka) One question, in transylvania right before you enter the castle (i dont know the frame number) you miss a bat with your plunger. is there a reason for this? because, to me, it looks as if it was just a sloppy missed shot. EDIT i also noticed, still in transylvania (but in the underwater part) you shoot at a big black ball, where your plungers fly past and stick to a wall. you do not use one of these plungers, and it just fades away... is this, too, a missed shot?

On level 2-2, when you go into the water, is it truly faster to go under water, or would you save frames by doing the water jump on top of the water, and then wall jumping to get over any walls that are in your way?
.. What the hell is wrong with me? Why did I not think of these obvious things? Im redoing from that part as we speak. I appreciate your observation. Edit: It is 468 frames faster to walljump in the water area. Im terribly sorry for this. I honestly simply did not think about it. Im so ashamed of myself.
to be honest, i thought you might have found that damage boosting was faster XD just wanted to make sure about it :P anyways, i enjoyed watching the movie so i eagerly await the more-finished product d ^_^ b

I am beginning to like the whole pcc + angerfist = SMS TAS deal XD I enjoyed this movie, but will with hold my vote until my question is answered (not to be read with a bitchy tone, angerfist! ;) ) On level 2-2, when you go into the water, is it truly faster to go under water, or would you save frames by doing the water jump on top of the water, and then wall jumping to get over any walls that are in your way?

I once had to do a persuasive speech freshman year of college on why "Kelloggs should give the Trix Rabbit some Trix" sadly, i dont know where the hell the outline went... but i am pretty sure i got an A. The other topics were lowering the drinking age and stuff... really fuckin' boring XD and yes, i do know that trix is not a kelloggs cereal, but no one noticed.

I believe he is actually constantly spinning after the big hill -- he reaches about 5 times normal running speed according to memory watch (by comparison, speed shoes give you twice, and at the bottom of the big hill it's about 1.5) ... but the camera seems to have a limit as to how fast it catches up so it doesn't matter too much :P looking at the rest of the game, this will be one of the few times this sort of speed is possible -- i've read about glitching into walls on one level so maybe it can be done elsewhere. Thanks for watching, keep up the good comments! :)
Ah... can't say i am 1337 at reading memory watchers (hell, they look like numbers to me), so when i didnt hear the spinning sound again, i jumped ot conclusions ;) i look forward to more wips, work faster man! XD

A new question that kind of relates to my other post. When the screen is behind sonic, i notice sonic never spins down any other hills... would it be impossible to spin down any other of the hills due to limitations? (say, a boundry/screenwrap) Also, would it make you finish the level any faster if you did spin down those hills? i think i have a spinning hill fetish :3 but to be honest, that is the only thing i noticed XD everything else looked really, really good!

Grrl is Gens, ported to Linux. I guess I should clarify this in the submission? Thanks for the vote!
Ah! thanks for clearing up my lack of linux-application knowledge, haha ;) Dont worry about clearing it up, I just suck at reading comprehension, evidently XD

Watching now, will edit after i vote. Question: is there a reason you did not use gens as your emulator, possibly easier manipulation (or something @_@) ? EDIT: What a great example of a "What the fuck?" ending. I was entertained by the movie, but had no idea what was happening... let alone why the main dude started to fly over villages... anyways, yes vote.

That was probably the funniest game I've ever seen! I wonder if that game would actually make a bad TAS; those who watch it will probably fall over laughing because of how bad it is! ;)
...my sister received that game for her birthday one year... not that i cleared it out or anything... *cough*... jumping is horrible, due to randomly falling even when you are on the platform i lived a sad life as a child

no wonder i keep fucking up at this game! I have things to do other than mine and resource gather like the other top 200 guys! Thank you, moozooh, for opening my eyes to my fatal flaws (and making me understand why i lost 800,000 total resources [idk how, but i do know 100,000 deuterium were suddenly invested in an attacking fleet...])

The ROM works for me. One question, at 573 there is a hill... would it be faster to spin down the hill, or would that wreck the massive hill spin at 933?

I dunno, chamale, it seems to me that if there are two players used (regardless of how long their duration may be) it should be labeled 2 player. i think this just clears up any misleadings when someone comes to this site to view what appears to be a 1 player game, and turns out two are used. granted i dont know why anyone would be bothered by this, but figured i would throw out my view any ways :P

unless i missed something, however, there is only one way to fleet save: if you log on before the attack happens (as in foda's case, ~6 minutes or seconds or something)... which leaves me dead in the water due to 24 hours in a day, and ~2 hours max on the game which leaves 22 hours unaccounted for :(

Is there any way to get out of fighting? I really would prefer to run pacifist, but even though I created an alliance stating my intentions, some queef decided to attack me, with 200 battles cruisers, no less. grrrr

I would ask you what your plans are after this, angerfist, but i already know you are planning to traverse to a place unknown, unbeknownst to us us here in the forums, deep within something unknown in your mind. Knowingly, I give this sucker a thumbs up.

I look forward to viewing the WIP, although I don't know how much help i can be (only played through FE8 ^_^;) There is another FE:SS thread, so I propose that a helpful moderator should merge the two. If it will help, I think angerfist's avatar is sexy and moving and stuff XD I will edit this once I have time to view the WIP and post comments

By quadruple play, he meant the play in baseball where 4 players are out in one play. This is normally not possible, because only 3 outs can be made in an inning. It is, however, theoretically possible, and might be amusing.
so you would have to pitch at least 3 balls for the computer to hit, thus wasting time and prolonging frame count (unless your movie is entertainment only)... as well as, IMHO, looking bad when the computer actually hits the ball (because i think a tas of a baseball game should be a no hitter, personal opinion of course) I think i am just going to leave it at that, i dont feel like being the start/cause of any flame wars... [/argument] EDIT: While I am thinking about it, i figure i owe an apology to Rridgway for my miscommunication woes. So, my apologies.
