Moreover, would anyone like to see a run of this game?

Oh I see. That seems like the way Mario 64 DS was made, you controlled him with the control pad but he moved as if it were a joystick.

Not sure. Is there that much of a difference between assigning each joystick direction to a button on the keyboard? Or is that what you were saying in the first place?

I plotted all maps and items (and also how many available for each sector) myself on paper in the 90's so I can use them now. Also my Super Metroid Guide-book shows all the maps. But thanks for the link.
You're welcome.

Is there some way you can make the death look good? How long does it take to die in the Toad House? Could you do the death there? That would be really unexpected.

With Cabal done, I can move on to other things. I noticed this game in the "Top Games that Haven't Been Done Yet" thread, or one of them anyway and decided to give it a go. I'm having fun with it, currently playing through to get a feel for it. The story of the game (from GameFaqs) is: You are Amagon, a pilot who crashed and is now stuck on a small, crescent shaped island. On the other side of the island you see a boat, your only means to escape the island. Armed only with your rifle, you must journey across 12 dangerous zones and escape on the boat. Amagon can transform into the mighty Megagon when he gets the Mega Key, who is bigger, stronger, faster, and can take more hits. So, any thoughts on how I should do this?

I think you should try to do it without dying. However, if you are shooting for the fastest time, then you may have no choice.

True, but I think it would be better if he didn't die.

There was a level or two where I destroyed the scenery before the level ended, but it was still crumbling. That was the case in level 1-2.

Oh by the way, I'm not sure if you have this already but if you don't it will really help you. It's a map showing the location of absolutely everything. The whole Planet Zebes, missiles, super missiles, etc.. http://impact.megarpg.net/SMM.zip I hear it's also availible at Gamefaqs so you probably have it already. Do you?

Good, you found a place to use the star.

Yeah, the run will look much better without a death.

What about 1-F? You can die pretty quick there as well.

Isn't there a thread somewhere on this site where someone talks about glitches with the red potion effecting Ganon? I seem to remember reading something about using the red potion as you enter Ganon's room and it somehow killing him. I'm going to look for that thread. EDIT: Found it. http://tasvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2124

Sounds fine. This ending will be different from your previous run right?

It made perfect sense. I didn't realize the problem was after you got that last batch of papers.

It looks really good, great job! Would smashing some windows earlier in the run help get rid of those extra papers?

I did? Hmm let me check... Yep, I did. I must've uploaded one of my backups by mistake. Sorry! So do I just re-submit it?

Ok, so I'm a couple days late. I completed world 5 and the movie has been submitted. http://tasvideos.org/913S.html I hope you'll find it was worth the wait.
