I am still suprised that a game that is so unpleasent to play could be decent to watch. Nice run.

For several games, this is countered by there being a tricks page. I always thought this was a good touch, People should think about making one for more games, since its a good place to leave information about tricks, without clogging the submission text.

Wait, why do we care if random idiots post bad things about TASes on youtube? Just post them, and leave them public. It really, really could not matter less.

I noticed that when I hold down more then 4 keys at one time, my computer starts making a beeping noise. What affects this? is the number of keys that causes this related to the motherboard? or is there some way of expanding it? [edit by Bisqwit: merged into existing thread about the same topic.]

I hate companies that spend that amout of time and energy on anti-piracy. As you said, its the paying customers who loose, seeing as how the pirates tend to find a way anyway.

Look, this isn't an argument. Yes it is. No it isn't, it's just contradiction. No it isn't. Yes it is. It is not. It is. You just contradicted me. No I didn't. Ooh, you did! No, no, no, no, no. You did, just then. No, nonsense! Oh, look this is futile. No it isn't. I came here for a good argument. No you didn't, you came here for an argument. Well, an argument's not the same as contradiction. It can be. No it can't. An argument is a connected series of statements to establish a definite proposition. No it isn't. Yes it is. It isn't just contradiction. Look, if I argue with you, I must take up a contrary position. But it isn't just saying 'No it isn't'. Yes it is. No it isn't, Argument is an intellectual process ... contradiction is just the automatic gainsaying of anything the other person says. No it isn't. Yes it is. Not at all. Now look! (pressing the bell on his desk) That's it. Good morning. But I was just getting interested. Sorry the five minutes is up. That was never five minutes just now! I'm afraid it was.

I do sort of agree with warp. It would almost make since to do that because as it is, runs are speed and entertaining at the same time. If you separated them, you could have one site that is basically just an archive of fast completions, while the other is devoted to entertainment. Doing 2 things like that at the same time often leads to you doing them both badly, or at least not as well as you could.

But still, as I said it would have to vary from the 120 star run enough to be interesting.
I bet it will be right around half the time of the 120 star run, seeing as how 49 of the stars skipped will be the slowest ones in the game.

I guess my point is that it is not so unoptimized that its not entertaining, its just more unoptimized then it should be. There is a big difference there, and it is why I feel torn.

I enjoyed watching it, but the optimization issue means I feel I can not vote yes, so I think I am going to hold my vote this time. a wonderful attempt looking at the circumstances. Superior to the existing run, so it should probably be published for that reason, but I dont think I can vote either way.

Really well done. Unfortunatly, I found it extreemly boaring. So many enounters, where nothing happens but enemy miss and you killing them in one hit. There is just not enough action for this to be fun to watch for an hour. No vote.
