Would you add a blank after the punctuation? It will let you words easier to read.

@hopper This is a first generation Genesis game....the graphics are gorgeous! I remember the first time I played it I was like "damn, these graphics rock!". @ maTO uh oh, close but not quite, you might wanna redo this run and optimize it. On the second and last levels, my none-TAS run of this is faster than yours :O

FYI recordings of Ys (Vanished Omens) de-sync after a few minutes. It's the only game to do so and I've tried maybe 10 times and all 10 efforts de-synced.

A 100% run for this game would be much cooler IMO. Best SMS game? Maybe top 10...barely.

I'm gonna be making a YouTube video using the Game Genie code "AOSUZI" (For the PRG1 ROM of SMB3) that allows you to pull ice blocks out of the scenery, which in turn allows you to destroy backgrounds and dig through walls. The problem however, is that on levels with lifts in them (Such as 1-4 and 1-6), the game crashes and freezes. I once had an eight-letter code that took care of this bug, but it's long gone. So my question is, could someone convert "AOSUZI" from a six-letter code to an eight-letter code for me? I don't have the proper tools or knowledge to do this myself, and I'd be very appreciative of the help. (And this can be locked once my help has arrived) Thank you in advance!

I didn't make those videos for credit. I did cause there was a big hole in SMS game videos on Youtube and on the internet in general. You can tell from the number of people who comment that there is a great nostalgia factor and people just enjoy watching the videos that takes them back to their childhood...that's the reason I posted here. I realized there are SMS fans who linger here, so this is for them to watch and enjoy.

I already did a Ninja Gaiden speed run here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77lqP9zj6-0 Maybe you can get some ideas from it to improve your run.

Hi Does anybody know if there's a video of the RPG "Sweet Home" to be found somewhere on the net? http://www.rpgclassics.com/shrines/nes/sweethome/ I used to play it with savestates for a while but then stopped and now I'm to lazy to get into the game again.

That's not part of their job as a doctor either. However, as a Christian it is part of my "job" to tell frankly what the Bible teaches. However, I suppose you did not get my hint. I am blocking your ability to post for 48 hours, for insulting and for attempts to derail this thread.
Oh ... is that what I would do?

Thanks for the hotkey additions, you rock :) Another bug I encountered, the speed up/down keys don't seem to work when sound is turned off, I had to turn on sound, speed it down, then turn sound off again to do a test run.. BTW, here's a test run of the first level of black belt I put together in half an hour (I know, I make a lot of mistakes :P, but it's just to test the emulator). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2dXvO2eIH8

Thanks for all your hard work pcc, I'm really excited about SMS runs. Is it possible for you to create a quick save / quick load hotkeys like F5 for quicksave, F8 for quickload etc. ?

I tried to prevent this from splitting up, thats why I made only reply to it in this thread. It didn't do much good anyways. I don't think this needs to be a thread though, because before this split, we were off of that discussion in the next 4 to 5 replys and the regular discussion was on track. I guess, I should of went with a private message instead, sorry about that.

hey jxq that signature is out of context. All three of those sentences are out of context, and I didnt say them in that order, and when people read them they will make wrong conclusions and think I'm an idiot and degrade me.Please respond right now , I want you to take it out. Irc stuff should stay in irc, because no one knows what the heck you are talking about in that signature. SHouldnt you get your own quotes in your signature? This is directed only to JXQ, I don't want to hear any other opinions about it. I just wanted to say this so people know or confused about his wierd signature. null aka Ozmodiar, stop flamming me this is just a friendly request to jxq.

This new xvid video file, it still lags on my computer? You must be doing something wrong. I did my xvid's with meconder at 1440 kbps with the some of the same resolutions you have for your videos to reencode the file, then they play well, but for some reason my computer isnt playing the ones you encode. Must be more then an issue of the resolution.

Ok I just noticed that when selecting the m64 movie file it shows you what plug-ins are used, and indeed it is jabo's d3d8 1.6. Thanks for your help! Now I'm wondering what settings are being used, I just can't get it to look as good.

I've seen the recorded avi of LoZ: OoT and was surprised to see such authentic graphics. What are the exact plug-ins used + settings? I've looked around the forum, and saw that jabo's 3D6 1.5.2 is popular, but still I wasn't able to get such pretty authentic graphics. I've also tried downloading the re-recording Mupen64 version with the default plug-ins (rice I believe), but still it didn't look as good. Anybody can tell me?
