Lots of those come from South America too.

For now, can't you use rapidshare/filefront/megaupload? Then someone with experience with bittorrent (not me) can set up a torrent.
Will any of these services allow such a large file? I think the highest limit is 100 MB.
hmm, I wish tasvideos had a xdcc bot so we wouldn't have these problems. JXQ , if I were you I would just try torrents.

its been a few years since i played these games but since OOS has being started on i could attempt OOA im not too good with TAS runs but i could give it a try since im up to the challenge as i dont wont to be a nub with no Runs LOL I'll be honest I've only completed this game once and i have no idea what the fastest route would be but if someone would be kind enough to give me a step by step guide i will by all means have a crack at Oracle Of Ages

jumping right through the wall in the rock-castle (time left:487); it would have saved ten sec. i suppose. Or is this 'forbidden' (i think the possibility to do so is intended and not a glitch)? regards kuu

The game is crap, but that video was pretty sweet. Maybe, a TAS of this wont be an utter bore as I initially thought.
I never really understood why so many people think this game is crap. Yeah, it reused the Ocarina of Time engine. So what? It's not like it was made lazily. There's metric tonnes of new, original, cool stuff. My only real complaint about the gameplay is that you have to repeat certain things a lot, which is not very major. Easily forgivable for such an original way to run through a game. And the eerieness of Rockvale Temple is just icing. The whole concept of walking on the ceiling (and falling up if you slip) is still pretty jarring. Not as good as Ocarina of Time, but not many games are.
Of course, I never though that either, it was a different experience and it is still really fun. It still is a really cool game to play. It's a diffrent plot from the normal plot. This game seems to be more challeging then Ocarina of Time.

He told me he had the raw and couldn't wait to delete it. Here is the answer <DeHackEd> if you mean the 17 GB lossless capture, no I do not. the fixed_quant=17 version I sent you is sufficient

This is pretty awesome, I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to explain the glitch where you use swordless Link and then bomb shield jump with it. It just takes incredible timing. The Great Bay Temple was the hardest temple in majora's mask and you made it easy. So good job.

I'd like to point out that you guys are not the spokespersons for TASVideos. Especially not if you're just going to immaturely flame someone for his copyright infringement. Next time, you should just leave it to Bisqwit to write a proper message to the infringing party.
Um, let me point out this, some of the people that were complaining about it where the people that actually made the TASes and you have no right to tell them what to do, its there work. They have the freedom to do what they want. ANd for proof, JXQ has succeeded. Furthermore,I think everyone that makes the TAS's and the fans that enjoy them are the official spokespeople for the site. Can't expect Bisqwit to do everything, can't leave everything to Bisqwit, everyone needs to step out and give a helping hand. Not saying Bisqwit couldn't do everything lol, just saying when people help out I bet he appreciates it. Team work is important. Plus I do agree with you people shouldn't go out flamming like crazy.

This person's entire account got suspended, which was more than I expected to happen, but I think it's fair. I've seen others post our content on youtube, but with all the same information clearly stated in the description, and authors not taking credit for the video. That I have no problem with. Anyway, I posted this in case someone else finds videos being misrepresented and they are wondering the procedure to do something about it.

More information: Youtube's privacy policy writes: "We may release personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such as U.S. Copyright Law) or respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant." Let me translate this for you. Once you give them your name, they will plaster it all over where the movies in question used to be. And if you (repeatedly) e-mail them requesting the removal of it, they will ignore you. So give them a fake name and they don't question it. I also got a few more videos removed using this same template with no questions asked (plus fake name).
Good job JXQ, I didn't know you would take this that far but someone has to make a stand.

I have Project64, which does NOT support movie making, you have to use stupid hypercam, so I am just reqesting a super mario 64 savestate that is completed, so i can make glitch videos and such. I would apreciate anyone who could support one. Thanks.

Geez this blows my personal best of 7 hours and 13 minutes out of the water. How did you manipulate the luck to where you could do desperation attacks on command? I maybe hit them at max 5 times in one game. All by accident though.

Is there a way I can edit an fceu video (US NES) to view the controller input (left, right, a, b, etc.) of a video by frame? There's something I've accomplished playing at 50% speed that needs some frame by frame refining, but I cannot replicate the actual trick because I'm not sure which combination of buttons were being pressed at that time. It would save me possibly hours of trying input and timing combinations. I'm new, so I apologize if this is an easy question for you guys. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone willing to re-encode a high-quality version of Guano's OoT TAS (whatever is the maximum quality such that the run can fit on one DVD)? I'd highly appreciate it...
Dehacked made me a more of a higher quality version but it was h264. But if its possible he still has the raw of it he can do a mpeg2 but I doubt he still has the raw. I will ask him on irc later because he is probably sleeping right now. hey mwl you ever come onto irc? Feel free to come on we can chat and stuff. irc.freenode.net #nesvideos.
