use megaupload.
Or compress (read: store) it using a format that can split the resulting archive into multiple parts. WinRAR can do this, and probably many others. If you're worried about forcing people to get a decompression tool, just make it a self-extracting archive.

Amazing run. This was one of my favourite GBA games, but I had a hard time getting through it - especially when I got stuck in the Underground Waterway.. someone should've told me you need to purify it first. After I found that out, I always wondered if it was possible to do it without making that detour - and here we are. As far as this particular submission (can I say submission?) goes, I think it's a shining example of a TAS done right. Definite yes vote, if this post will get me out of Lurker status :)
