How many lives to you get in a row there? It must be pretty close to 30, but yeah, it doesn't sound really easy and since it doesn't save time..

Cool indeed. But how does he know it's true for real? I don't doubt it actually but I've also received mails that claims my life will end if I don't send it to 10 other people =). Regardless, this is awesome!

It only goes to 150cc. 200cc would have been cool though ;)

It's sort of making a game on the hardest difficulty. Why make it on easy aswell? And maybe more middle steps such as normal, harder, revenge of the even harderer and finally the already mentioned hardest. I also thinks that 150cc should be enough.

It's definately harder to get good items when you are placed 1st or second but I don't know if it's impossible or not to get stars there. The item-field still ticks around and with luck manipulation it would be easy to test all frames and see if it's possible to get atleast a mushroom (if a star is impossible to get). Also, it should start from a "save" because I think it should be played at 150cc and that requires that the game has already been beaten at 100cc (and maybe 50cc?). 150cc is the fastest and IMO the most entertaining.

That run Genisto made.. Spy Hunter? That's a movie I'd like to see but I haven't been able to yet because I don't have the right ROM. Also Little Mermaid misses the avi-file and that's because it's just not a very great game. But I agree, it would be nice with avi's for the few missing movies.

I don't remember the movie like this ;) The last boss at stage 30 was really.. not like the movie at all. I'd vote for not TAS'ing this game at all actually.

That is one of the most unusal glitches I've seen ;) I don't think it would be good for a "TAS" though because then people would only see the big mode-mode of the game and I found that pretty boring. Unless you can shot the predator at any time? I had to walk a bit before I hit him, I don't know if it's supposed to be that way or if I didn't get the stage. Cool glitch anyhows ;)

The game itself is not very entertaining but I think it's a classic. And if it's well played I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be published. I haven't watched this movie yet to be honest but the time seems to have been reduced by quite a lot.

From "Nintendo klubben"? That's awesome ;) I got the european cartridge but it was a very long time ago I played it on console so I don't know this for sure. But I think I remember that when I was young and played this at console I had to visit the missile house a couple of times to get the missiles that is required.

Comments are always nice, so thanks ;) It could maybe be because I use the USA version instead of the European one, but I don't know this. The tentacles stretch out if you get to close yes, and I don't think you can escape them when they grab you.

I don't know much about hex editing but I guess it could be done. Problem is that it probably would be impossible to do without hexing, which would in the end make it useless =/

I will improve all my runs eventually. I just don't have that much time anymore so it won't be done within very soon, but eventually they will be improved.

I'd love to see Lolo 3 actually ;) That's a great game. And Pocky & Rocky for SNES must be made! Frenom, will you pick it up again? Your WIP looked great if I remember correctly.

I'd vote for Super Ghouls n Ghosts. I know someone already did it but from what I've read it didn't get very popular. Maybe I should post this in an own thread but I got an idea for how to speed it up. There is a level select code for this game and one could start the game on the default difficult settings, beat the second last boss and then automatically start over in the search for the bracelet. The good thing now is that it's automatically on the hardest level and you sort of don't have to complete the game twice.

Hehe, yeah. There are no codes in the Game Genie-book unfortunately. Maybe there are other codes to be found on the internet somewhere but I'm not _that_ curious right now to search for them.

Yeah. I think it's the wall in the second of those pictures he meant. I doubt it's possible to get up there.

Very likely there's nothing but dark there, just like in Mansion 3 (Brahm) where you fall through the floor, exposing the darkness. Edit: Oh, did the original poster mean *outside* the mansion? Hmm.
That's how I got the question but I don't know. Inside the mansion it would surely just be darkness. You can glitch them up pretty good but almost only find death.

It must be the second mansion since I don't kneel to get to mansion 5. This wall is surely here because it's not meant to go further to the right. It would be cool though to see what's on the opposite side of it but I doub't that is possible.

Well then. I'll do a 100% run when I get in the mood again.

I agree. The game is awesome despite that it's a big commercial game.

I sort of got in the mood of playing this game again. Was there any interest in seing a 100% version? Grabbing all the cards in the game I suppose. What else should be in there? I don't know much about it yet more than from my fast run.

I actually enjoyed Cheez's run on this game. Maybe the game itself wasn't quite as entertaining as I remembered it but the run was great!
