Yeah, they only makes me "climb" for a short distance every jump, with the cloud I can go all the way up with the only delay it takes me to get on it.

I figured the cloud was faster because then I can "climb" upwards all the time. However, the effect of the cloud only lasts for awhile so I barely made it up there. Meaning, I had to jump on the elevators to get upwards a bit before I could use the cloud.
