100% possible items and sidequests completed sounds like 100% to me. If you want to clarify, just make it an "100% items" category, or "All items".

hm my computer doesn't like those pictures very much (100% cpu when scrolling down, can't you have 15 instead of 20). Have waited a few years for someone to beat the old record, watching it now. EDIT: hm maybe not, watching it another day

Though, Irish Cheese is pretty good.
Uh, dont name Irish, Cheese in the same sentence, I get nightmares. Edit: Quote fix. and the spelling of uh with a U. And commas, lots of commas"The comma is a valuable, useful punctuation device because it separates the structural elements of sentences into manageable segments.

I think the system works fine as it is, but it needs to be more often updated and with community input. As AKA said, if we just switched to an outright top rated videos, it might as well be called the "Mario, Metroid and Sonic" page. While it has been said that stars are not "awards" - we should perhaps treat them as "prizes" of a sort, and make sure we don't just give them to well played well known games (though S3&K would get the star, etc). It'd have to be for something unique. It is a difficult situation though.
meh, just give them a thumbs up Irony aside, this system works (not perfect), but it works
