I finished the playthrough of the game while recording the inputs and while saving and loading states very often to test for desyncs.
I need people to test the playback on their PC's to confirm that the recording is making it to the end of the game.

Dolphin settings:
- Both memory card slots need to be set to "Nothing" under the gamecube tab
- OpenGL or Direct3D in graphics tab should both sync fine, flip a coin if you like. OpenGL will have correct cutscene visuals but will load before and after vehicle levels slower, don't worry if loading takes a minute or two.
- Disable dual-core speedup and idle skipping in config tab. Also check the JIT Recompiler box.
-Audio should be set to DSP LLE Recompiler.
