As for separate 13% branches, I have to agree with Samsara that the fastest 13% should be the 13% branch, regardless of the items collected. The entire concept of pathing and item collection is what makes TASing competitive; by choosing to take an item that results in a slower run, you have not created a new branch, you have made a sub-optimal choice for the existing branch.

You could have skipped the elevator at frame 85000 as well. Curious why you didn't do it here even though it was done the same way later on? For the next elevator, you could have started jumping up earlier as well. For the one after that, you first climb up on the right side and then jump to the left, would have been faster to wait longer on the elevator and then jump up to the left side.
Ah, duly noted! Quite related to:

I was not aware of this, but WOW what a glitch! If I ever do a V2 of this run I'll be incorporating that along with some other aforementioned timesavers. Edit: Tested it. It would at most save a few frames in the early Hoth levels, since it's pretty much the same as the Levitate-Sliding that's done later on during and after Dagobah.

Yeah, I agree with it being tedious. I didn't find this entertaining, so voting no.
Do you mind elaborating?

I suggest instead for screenshot one of the frames where Chewy is looking at the audience while sitting on that discus thingy. Nice run! I didn't realize how big the AT-ATs are.
How about frame 90624?

Very impressive, especially considering what run it's obsoleting. Yes vote.

It would be 'King's Hope', since it's not referring to multiple kings.

Voting No. The new tricks are cool, but the category is very derivative of the currently published 100% run. I feel these new tricks would be better served being implemented into that.

Kurabupenguin is correct, can a mod please move this? Also the title 'Not a TAS' is incredibly inaccurate considering how it uses tools to assist speedrunning it. With frame-perfect inputs. It's pretty much akin to 2005/2004 TASes. Plus, it's amazing all around.

I think it'd probably be best to only use Yellow to get a complete Gold/Silver Pokedex and not use it for overall completion. Elsewise it would just be a repeat of the current Blue/Red 100% run.

Link to video Reviving this 11 year old topic to let people know I might maybe work on this. We'll see. Edit: I'll do a small writeup while I'm waiting for real life things to move like the moon. Batman's fastest form of movement is rolling, which saves about 10 frames each time it is performed. Some enemies are able to hit him out of a roll, so the fastest way to deal with that is to either dodge them or pick them up for a frame, which resets their attack counter so you can roll on your merry way. Those zips in the second section are very interesting, as it's because the game doesn't know where to place Batman while grappling. He's basically dipping down into the floor's collision while swinging. I have yet to see if this is exploitable in later stages. The fastest way to kill the first boss is to do two aerial kicks and then do some form of a move while on the ground. Batman stays stunned for much less time on the ground since he doesn't need to fall first. http://tasvideos.org/userfiles/info/30507037413286369

Giving this a No. The choice of a harder difficulty comes at a cost of more boring levels and less tricks.

I want to vote yes, but first I want to know why there's such a delay in the Giant Bat boss fight. It seems like the slowest point in the run, and I would love to know why, if the Bat is vulnerable earlier, there's such a long wait to kill him when he's drilling.
If he gets hit more then two times when not in its 'drill', it'll split into smaller bats and relocate around the room. It's faster to get in 2 critical attacks, and then wait for it to be open so he can be damage glitched.
