So let's see, trying to think of the new tricks discovered recently that can be implemented.
Ocarina Items
Description: Allows Link to use items as if they are an Ocarina, even in places where the Ocarina is banned.
Potential Uses: Warping from the last egg in Pinnacle Rock.
Time Stop
Description: Stops the in-game clock via an item animation or a text box.
Potential Uses: Skipping the Tatl cutscene before Woodfall, puzzle skips in Stone Tower.

Description: Pull out the Ocarina while falling through the air.
Potential Uses: Activating Song Storage.

Description: An extension of Ocarina Dive. Store a song's dialogue box, which can be called later.
Potential Uses: Skipping potentially many cutscenes, but at the very least 3 of the 4 giant cutscenes.

The biggest flaw with Song Storage with the Song of Time, however, is that it resets all item counts to 0, including bombs.
Song Storage with the Song of Double Time can be used to reset time to 6am of the current day you're on, if you go through a loading zone at the correct time.
