i forgot to mention that no shots fired in the game are missed, and that i use the barrier powerup for as many kills as possible. edit: also, the movie gets interesting and very entertaining once i hit level 2 and have the full speed upgrades and weapons. it's really hard to make the first level interesting =/

by the way, the reason the re-record count is so low is because when i make a movie, i do it all in a single sitting. even my ninja gaiden run is under 100. i dont see why having a low re-record count has anything to do with quality. i have experience in the games im playing, and play most of them all at 100% over and over until i start a run. i WANT a low rerecord count. i would rather be known for skill rather than re-records.

yes it actually does, the later in the game it gets, the more hectic. there really isn't much i could do to make the first 2 levels that interesting, as they are kind of boring and slow. i assure you that if you check out some of the action in the later levels, you will be much more satisfied.

good points. this is my first movie, so i know there are mistakes in it. i thank everyone for the critique. in terms of taking damage, i only tried to take it when i HAVE to. the game also moves so damn fast that it would take me forever to make a movie that i dont miss a single swing in. the stops in the movie are actually to queue certain spawns, whic in turn allow for a faster time.

I heard some people requesting this one, so I thought I would give it a shot. It's now complete and in the submissions page, so give her a look. I aim for speed, acrobatics and a high score since the game is scrolling much like Gradius. Enjoy!

There is a version of Shinobi for NES, just to let you guys know. It's kind of crappy though. Maybe Sega made it that way to get people to buy the Master System version! =)

Yea, I see that, but I don't see anyway to upload my FCM or any link to send it to. Here, I'll just link you off my webserver: http://24.211.239.191/Super%20Play/braceyj-splatterhousewg.fcm

The exact running gameplay time is 22:19 This is my first real movie, so I decided to start with a bang and choose the hardest game I've ever played. I hope you all enjoy it! Now how to submit the damn thing...

I just got done with my first run in Ninja Gaiden; now I just need to know how to convert the movie to AVI (divx or xvid). Any help would be appreciated! Bracey J
