Here is a updated program i wrote that finds the offset of a specific frame number for hex editing. This updated version uses a windows GUI and is overall more user friendly then my last. Note: you must have microsoft .net 4.0 installed

ok. the thing with the input is it will play back synced for the most part but only if you don't use savestates. The problem is when you load a save they haven't told dolphin to delete the input between where you are and the save which causes major desync.(also that is only what i think it is...i'm not posisitive)
I tried a demo recording of every game I own and each one de-syncs straight away. Even without the use of save states.
i didn't try it on a recent revision last time i tried was like 300 revs ago but you also have to disable stuff like dual core, idle skip, and frame skip for it to work.

-BBH- Go on a Ghost Hunt 52'8 criticism would be much appreciated.
I feel like you shouldn't be ground pounding the little boos. 0:12 - Long jump past, turn around, sideflip, dive through boos 0:20 - Jump kick Maybe both of those don't actually work, but I feel that some other plan has to be faster. Fairly good execution, planning/strategy looks a bit mediocre.
I tested the first one it is slower the only way i see that diving could be quicker is to long jump to the back wall then wall kick off and dive. Second one(may be wrong) but i think i tested and it took the same amout of frames jumping as jump kicking again may be wrong on this one.

my personal thing is an artist paints a picture. He uses copyrighted paint. so is it illegal? the anwser is no the people aren't paying for what the artist put into it but instead the finish product from his time and effort. Same for TASes People are watching the TASes for the player input more than just to see the game.

I'm not going to buy it right now because windows 7 is currently like 1/3 to 1/4 the price i paid for my whole computer. EDIT:i think ddrkhat thought you were me.(not sure)

If you don't feel like waiting you can go here and download a newer revison. Also the higher the number the newer the revison. If you use a real wiimote don't update past r4730 it got broken in r4731. http://cid-ec92aae47a89073b.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Emulation/Dolphin

AMD Athlon 7750 Dual Core Processor. 2.71GHz, 2.00GB RAM. Last game I tried was Mario Kart Double Dash which should have run fine at full speed, but it had no sound and poor emulation speed at about 30fps.
Try a new revison because mine plays with sound and no graphical issues.

Think that could run it pretty good. Some gamecube games might run perfect.

Ok, thanks i decided i'll wait another few months. Save some more money and the price will probably go down. Also i'll get to see if this emulator goes any where.

If you can just find a .duc file with highest diffculty unlocked. You just would have to open it with in the first few frames of your tas. Then again when ever you played it back. So you could tas it on the highest diffculty it just probably wouldn't be except by tasvideos.
