I like that Save File image. He's MAD! How dare you break the game!

The rules seem to say, "Get to the end of input as fast as possible."
end when the last decisive action has been delivered.
So, I would say even if the AVI is longer due to delays in action the shorter input is what the rules say we want your input to be as short as possible. That being said, entertainment can suffer from this or may even benefit from ignoring this (Megaman Battle Network 2's Bass ending sequence).

Yea. This is why I stopped playing this game IRL. It's BS all over the place. That being said, the TAS abuses Luck and the AI hard. If it wasn't so dull in terms of entertainment would be more exciting.

That bad dude in Goldeneye saying "Too slow James" as he gets shot in the face. Any Mortal Kombat 1-3 TAS. Probably the run where the character graphics use the health bar graphics. Earthbound running the end text, going into a battle, then saying "The End?" International Superstar Soccer Deluxe when the game going insane and yelling "GOAL!" repeatedly. Commander Keen 6 when Keen rides the shot from the gun into the sky. The Lost Vikings showing great teamwork.

The Pokemon Blue "Gotta Catch 'Em All!" image has a spoiler image instead of the non-spoiler image as default. The mouse over effect works correctly as does the hover text.

Bug: The Dual GB XML does not want to open any archive file. It will open extracted GB/GBC roms. And will run properly. Bug: Any screenshots while Bizhawk is running in dual GB mode, comes out black. Properly sized, but black. Bug: Pokemon Red/Blue has a minor graphical error during the Name Entry screen. The End icon, is garbled. Other Pokemon games do not have this issue. Bug: Discohawk has issues with this CUE file. I think it may be the blank lines at the end of the file.

Actually, Sonic 1 did not have the Spindash mechanic. That was introduced in Sonic 2. That being said, what does this hack bring that's new compared to Knuckles in Sonic 1?

The Game Gear controller configuration menu is set to the Master System controller configuration menu. Game Gear ROMs do seem to load and play correctly. Loading an MSX1 ROM causes Bizhawk to load it as an Intellivision ROM. MSX2 ROMs will not load (No core found) which is the expected behavior. Compressed GBA ROMs are not automatically loaded if they are the only file in the archive. All other ROM types I tested (GBx, Genesis, Game Gear, Master System, N64, NES, SNES) will load with out asking which file in the archive so long as there is a single ROM in the archive.

I found a MAJOR GBA bug. GBA Core gives the error message:

In the SVN number r4679, I think the disksys.ROM file is using a bad SHA-1. I have went about checking the various SHA-1 hashes of the disksys.rom files I could hunt down and I got a LOT of: 57FE1BDEE955BB48D357E463CCBF129496930B62 Is it a bad hash being verified against or am I getting bad dumps? I did manage to find the "Bizhawk verified" version as well, but only once. Is there a third party tool I can use to verify the ROM file?

I was testing out a newer build of Bizhawk (r4662?). I decided to look at the new N64 core. Most games I tried (Diddy Kong Racing, Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64 Choro Q) all had audio. But for some reason, San Francisco Rush 2049, did not. No music or audio in menus or in game. I don't know if other games have this audio error except for those games I listed. I will provide SHA1 Hashes and test new versions on request.

I have a question about doing an all event match TAS: I know you need a verification movie to start from a save, but there are certain characters that are the fastest to use for the event matches, and they take sometimes many hours to unlock. Would it be ok to use a save from the internet with everything unlocked? Or would I have to unlock everything from scratch...
All you have to do is prove that the state you got the game in (all characters unlocked) can be done again. A movie file is generally the rule. It does NOT have to be optimized though. Sloppy play is OK, so long as it syncs and gets that state.

The test. It was brutal. What happens if someone gets that test? Do they panic? That was my favorite part. The test has feelings and it makes them known.

I decided since I am not going to be updating the object (list) outside of the second thread, I can tell it to use IgnoreThreadSafety. The second thread does it's job as it's supposed to and the GUI is running and updating all the same. I guess that works since I know what the code will be doing at the time of the listing. Derakon, I am using Visual Basic.Net (VB.Net)
