The black boxes can appear in two separate time periods. If you open one in the past, the future version will not appear. If you open the future version, you can also get the past's content as well.
For those that want to point out that this is "slower" then the SDA run,

SDA defines 100% for Chrono Trigger as completing all sidequests that Gaspar (the guy at the End of Time) mentions, which are the following:
-Cyrus's ghost
-Rainbow Shell
-Geno Dome
-Sunstone
-Ozzie's Fort
-Sunken Desert
-Yakra XIII
-Black Omen
This run does MORE then that. A LOT more.

Please help us determine what is going wrong.
Have you tried these things:
Extracted to a new folder with nothing in it?
What Version(s) worked?
What Version(s) did not work?
What error message(s) did you get, if any?
Can you post what the event viewer log says?
To get the Event Viewer log, enter this command:
eventvwr into the Run command. To get to the Run command, press the Windows Key and R at the same time. A small window that says "Run" should appear.
Inside Event Viewer go to Windows Logs and then Applications. Look for Error and Warning. The source should say EmuHawk or BizHawk.

That can't happen, I think. There is an enemy that will spawn at the top of the screen and spawns mushrooms as it drops down. I think it is called Flea. But it has been a LONG time since I played this game.

Actually Ocean Prince and Prince Salde are the same person. Just different forms. Think Captain Marvel. He's a kid who can also turn into a super hero man.

Found another bug.
When attempting to import an FM2 file, I get the error message, "File is in use by another program." This only occurs when the FM2 exists in the same folder that the BKM files go into. If the FM2 is outside that Movies folder, then the conversion works just fine.
