I would like to see the GBA version with all Dragon Coins + All Exits. Otherwise, the SNES version is superior.

Whatever version the Model 1 Genesis uses for it's sound system, use that. It's MUCH better then Model 2.

While all these don't prove that the programmers intended to allow Sprite/Terrain Ejections, they don't disprove that either. The author's "intended gameplay" goal would be very arbitrary (as it is unlikely for Aglar to have any ESP either), but your reasoning didn't seem to be standing up.
My point is, why make the entire map of Scrap Brain 3 if Sonic Team intended the player to skip the level by sprite ejection? Why go through the time and effort to plan, create and test the level?

Aglar,
Normal Sprite Ejection (killing enemies) is perfectly acceptable since the programmers intended this, but glitching in Scrap Brain 3, was NOT their intent. My vote stands due to this.
Your submission text says, "By setting up a goal like this it pretty much forces you to actually play the game like the programmers intended" But, your Sprite Ejection on Scrap Brain 3 is NOT what SEGA/Sonic Team intended for the game. If they did, then why go through the effort to make that level? That's why I stand by my vote.

I say that Sprite Ejection as used in this run, is still zipping. All that's different, is you don't get ejection velocity from it. You still gained the effect of skipping almost all of Scrap Brain 3. At worst, it's zipping, at best, your too arbitrary with this run since you can do Sprite Ejection, but not Terrain Ejection. How about a no glitch run? Then things are clear. Edit: Normal Sprite Ejection (killing enemies) is perfectly acceptable since the programmers intended this, but glitching in Scrap Brain 3, was NOT their intent. My vote stands due to this.

I do not like this run because it does "zip." Reading this artice: http://tasvideos.org/GameResources/Genesis/SonicTheHedgehog.html It explains how Sprite Ejection and Terrain Ejection work. All that's different here is that Left+Right was not pushed at the time of the check. Sure you don't get a speed boost, but you still violated the game's rules concerning solid objects. I am voting No one this since you made arbitration and then didn't follow it. Play the game with out glitching it. I would love to see a Sonic game with out abusing glitches. That and a 100% run of Sonic 1 and 2.

That's impressive. That is what TAS is. Doing stuff like that.

I had a little trouble getting the ROM to work with the WIP for Megaman Battle Network 2 due to the dumping group's Intro. This site: http://arcvoreppin.free.fr/ips/ Has the IPS patch you will need if you want to patch your Megaman Battle Network 2 ROM that has the Mode7 Intro. Don't know your CRC? Archive it with WinRar and that will tell you it's CRC. This only applies to the US version, not the EU/J version. I watched the WIP 3 and it's great so far. What random battles?

Ok, who wants to explain what is going on here? This glitch is weird. I get that you are getting the "Goal Sphere" object but how? How did you end up with that?

The narration is the best part of the game. Keep that. I would recommend keeping the narration going as long as you can.

Voting yes. Though, having a run with Dan and Zangief would be something I would watch. The joke character and the big Russian guy pound some guys.

It's not a simple Tas anymore. I wait for the day we will see a 100% TAS run of this game. I watched about 2 hours of that video and it's full of crazy stuff.

And now, Nintendo knows the worst. It has nothing left to fear. Star run?

Yes from me. It's kinda slow at first, but once you have two weapons, all hell breaks loose.

I loved the playing around with the watch cursor. I was "WTF?" when I saw it bouncing around then I realized what you were doing. That bird thing also took the cursor and left in on it's nest. Great job making it look so good. I have never played this game before, but if it gets accepted, then I would like to work on Sam & Max Hit the Road. Though, it would be an argument of "Sacrifices Speed for Entertainment" or "Fastest route possible"

Voting No. This kind of messing around does not belong on this site. Now, a Sonic run with out the speed limiter as a ROM hack, that would be interesting to see.

This is a nice change up from the N64 version. The levels are different. I would like to see a 100% run someday in the future. I always enjoy watching the brothers and Wario get into a fight before they can even walk into the castle.

Mario is tired of saving the day. So he tried to kill himself to avoid saving the day and being a hero, again. Unfortunately, it only succeeded in making Mario save the day even faster. Wario is not pleased as well.

Doing the first 25 puzzle mode levels is not that impressive in a TAS format. Challenge mode is what I would want to see TASed. Dreamcast game cover: So yes, it's Chu Chu Rocket!

Nope. There isn't even a topic. There are ports of it on Game Boy Color and PlayStation though, so someone can always TAS it if they want.
There is also a Dreamcast version as well.

I am going to watch this and comment afterward. I did enjoy this game on my old GBA. Finished watching it. I have a question. Why did you not do the Extra Stages? I did enjoy the speed at which you took on the later stages. I know that I could not be that fast in real time.
