you don't need bomb jump to do this
you can do a simple SDC
Scan Dash Cancel (no not saber dash cancel
this isn't mega man x5) where if you scan the object
near the Impact Crater it will say
object out of range something like that but
then do a scan dash and exit the dash
after a few frames (must be very precise)
you will be standing on the platform on the left
than go on to the space jump
(I have done this on my real gamecube before)
you can do this on console too.
and many people say it is impossible on the PAL
version.
Well fuck that it is possible!
ok heres how instead of scan dashing from
the back of samuses ship
go onto the platform that would lead to the right
or the one that would lead to the elevator
to Chozo Ruins
than on a very precise frame
near the left part of the platform
very quickly scan dash using samuses ship
and there you go
oh yeah and also make
sure your in range of the platform like near
the middle or something
as I said VERY precise on timing and frames
and there ya go!

That's funny, because I've found some RTA's of the NES Mega Man games on YouTube which are blocked on mobile devices. I'm guessing it's because Capcom (or rather, Suleputer) may have released the soundtracks on CD.
The way it goes, is that this affects TASVideosChannel's YT encodes as well as the RTA videos. Yesterday, I tried to watch the Published run of Mega Man (the 12-minute run, not the game end glitch one) on my iPad, but it's blocked on mobile devices.
It says something like this:
"The content owner has not made this video available on mobiles. Add it to a playlist to watch it later on a PC."
The most likely reason for this is copyrighted music, as I stated before.

yeah ive been trying to figure out the glitches in that
version its not like the SNES version
where you can just clip through walls very
easily with Rush Jet
I want to know how to do that fancy sliding clip glitch though
(for example what the player did in the beginning of junkman stage)
This point is most important as MegaMan is blocked in certain parts of the world.
the only thing I can think of is
Mega Man 5 was banned in Vietnam because of napalm mans
stage of being similar to a country war
im not sure if that's your problem
