Sonikkustar: Thanks! Yes, longest I have submitted :)
mklip2001: I did a random world test run without frame advance a long time ago. I think I got lucky and had a very good layout, but I fear finding and testing which is the most optimal layout (if there's even many of them) could take too much effort.

For YouTube you don't have to worry about file size. There was that 100 MB rule at some point but not anymore.
Frame-advance mode? You mean unchecking 'Slow mode enabled' or hot-keying toggle slow mode button ?

This is as good as (U)[!] if you ask me. This site has some games played on Japanese versions also, as they might be faster.
Fine by me.
Not bad, as far as I know. I think it's more clear that way.
As for bonus rounds, it's your decision, but I would play as fast as possible even if it means you have to do bonus rounds.
It's a bit early but i would like your speed displayed on screen with LUA script :)

Two levels done: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/209092458/BubbaNStix-Wip1.gmv
I wish using savepoint (5618) was what Espyo meant about "death shortcut".
Dodging surging enemies in 3rd floor is tough. When I went without extra health I got killed (avoiding that would have cost too many frames) so I had to take the extra health (4703) and lose 5 frames.

Four levels re-done: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/1555272800/Marko-WIP4.gmv
This is played to same point as first WIP, 728 frames faster.
In second level bouncing off a ball instead of using elevators gave all of the improvement.
In fourth level I gained 16 frames and then lost it. At around 10200 I couldn't drop the ball to spider like before.

Eight levels done:
http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/1447449787/Marko-WIP3.gmv
I found out I waited extra 31 frames after first level in map. In addition every overhead kick can be improved by 4 frames bringing improvement total to 1 second.
Should I start from beginning again?

Two more levels: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/206210483/Marko-WIP2.gmv
I tried this on SNES but Snesx 1.43 had some issue with sound and the game itself just didn't feel as good (based on two first levels). The level layout is same with some enemies in different locations and Marko has an ability to summon ball in air. So you could just jump over Sludge barrels and drop the ball on top of them instead of kicking them with ball. That would make the video have less "football action" in it :D
Sega-CD version is more laggy and has automated running after walking. Maps and cut scenes are unskippable. Awful conversion.

Quite likely, I have to check it out.
But I'm more used to use Gens than other emulators. Gens have taken 97% of my TASing time and the rest 3% is shared among DeSmuME, Snes9x and Yabause.

Since it's a World Cup year in football/soccer, we need to see more TAS of this sport.
Marcokarty would be suitable author for this game, and even if this won't be nearly as fun as his TAS of ISSS Dx, I'm at least improving my test run here.
First few stages:

Who do you think they named this game after? Van Basten, or even after Finnish, not so well known Marco Casagrande. The former was a captain of the TPS team (which is very close to TAS, ha!)

I could probably do a 1-player run.
I think it's faster because there's less shooting and therefore less lag.
Bosses have invicibility time, so other player would be of no help at all (comedic sidekick?).
Plus, it's easier to TAS, no need to use your feet to control P2 :F
My test run was made without frame advance, so bosses are improvable by a lot.

You mean Tibet?
Well, you have to reach the meeting point before suiciding. The boss battle, stopping the enemy spy, begins when you stand on a floor below the top floor. You can hear it from the change in music.

Flygooooon!
I just watched the MKV file and it's the older, longer version which didn't have Truncated's secret trapdoor trick.
Could you encode this again?
