As much as I hate to encourage him, I'm kinda curious to see an encode here...

Sorry to bump without contributing, but I'm still looking forward to this one :) Is the run still being worked on?

I didn't grow up playing this game, and TBH it looks horrid and is boring to watch.
The game is pretty new.

The first time you did a no-look hookshot I actually yelled at my monitor. There's really nothing to say but I've been looking forward to this forever and it was everything I wanted and more. Awesome job.

This is a tough decision, but I'm going to vote no. I just liked the cancelled version more, and find this version too short and lacking. Not that the cancelled version couldn't have been even better (with the better piano playing and more complex/funny pictures), but I still think it was more enjoyable. I'd suggest making a third version with more of the good stuff.
I voted meh, for largely the same reasons.

I LOVED this. The perfect balance of artwork and quick sketches. Everything was played at superhuman speed while still having time for novelties. The final picture was awesome as well. YES!

Predictably incredible. The wily 1-shot was nice. Yes.

I find speed entertaining. Waiting for pictures, pretty though they may be, is less so.

Holy crap! That was a lot more entertaining than I expected it to be. As soon as the glitch happens the races start happening at warp speed. Yes!

This version has more merit, but I kind of like the original pacing, as if you were an artist having to draw a cartoon for each one of a very long line of fans.
I was honestly a bit disappointed. One of the cool parts about the last submission was the fact that it was TAS-fast AND it made loads of awesome pictures. We'd get one beautifully detailed artwork and then 10 quick ones. This run was beautiful and amazing, but just dragged compared to the last one. Voting meh.

FYI the youtube playlist is: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=26BC57B9E5B2930A (the link in the submission text just points to youtube.com) I thought this was OK. Overall, I got the impression that reasonable attention was paid to making it optimal, though it seems there are many instances in which a stream of shots is fired aimlessly, which gets annoying quickly because the "fire" sound - along with most of the other sound effects ("Ya-Hooo!!!") - is obnoxious, and the music, when I could hear it over the effects, really just made matters worse IMHO. All things considered, I think there's a satisfactory amount of entertainment here, and the run is short, so I vote yes... hesitantly.
That's the previous episode in the series. Unrelated to this submission.

I don't really find the concept of Randper that appealing, since as SDR showed us it can be imitated using ST as a character and controlling it, which also allows for some very interesting (and entertaining) interactions. I was impressed by the occasional combo, but nothing more. Voting meh.

Someone encode this so I can watch this "pointless" run which is the best we're going to get since the 120-star TAS will never be made, ever. And then I will vote yes for that reason, I'm sure. EDIT: Pointless bitching. The run is great. It should be published.

Wow! That was completely sick. The glitch feels much more streamlined now. Hats off to Grunzy for glitch hunting again.

I was able to almost follow what was going on by watching the WIP at 3 fps.

Wow. Second this one. Or put them in a box and feed it to a cube.

Yes! Unfortunately it is made slightly less awesome by your discovery that diagonal walking is faster, but there's still lots of ridiculous leaping and pause glitching to go around.

I voted yes because this is a fantastic run and should be published, but personally I get bored watching you wade through one unavoidable trainer encounter after another just to get to the good bits (ie, overwriting RAM with whatever you damn well pleased).

My favourite run gets utterly stomped. I have nothing but yes for you.
